I see that you use top covers with holes for feeding syrup. Have you run into a problem with the syrup dripping onto the cluster below? I enjoy your videos, especially when you fool around with the camera operator.
I do the same thing and haven't had an issue. Make sure the container is sealed properly and fill enough to pull a vacuum quickly. A 70 mm hole saw will cut a hole for a regular mouth mason jar to fit into perfect.
