location is good, view is good. I lived in Chhs and worked in walnut for a while I drove on Grand a lot. I remember when my son was 5-6 years old when we passed by this area and saw the cows, sheep he always got excited. Now I moved to Irvine. I still missing the house in chino hills. I can admire the view and the good air quality of that area, but also a lot of wild animals, the only cons is the house looks like kind of old fashioned need some updates

這房子表面上看起來很很有美景但是很不幸的他是坐落在.......fire hazard (高風險火災區域) zone ! 大部分保險公司不擔保在高火災風險區內的房子.....

谢谢您的留言，不过我不赞同您的讲法；不是靠山的房子就一定在fire zone；即便是在fire zone我们也是可以买到保险，这是一个成熟社区，不是单家独户的住宅；谢谢
我就住在山上。保险的选择还蛮多的。
对比其他房子不管你怎么说还是危险系数高，保险也比别其他的贵。
