In that theory, it said that she is a princess of an enslaved country. Monkey D. Dragon fell in love with her because she's a girl version of Luffy, must have mean she's jolly like Luffy or even stupid like him but is very kind at heart even unintentionally and always wants to be free. That theory even said that Luffy got his face from his mother 'coz obviously he doesn't look too much like dragon so it will kinda make sense if he atleast resemble his mother even his personality must have been from his mother. She entrust Luffy to Dragon before she died but Dragon couldn't take his responsiblity to Luffy as a father because right after that, his ambition is to save anyone's who's enslave so basically he went to Garp and ask him to take Luffy. I don't know but this is kinda possible theory but obviously it has to be a much more bigger reason than that on why he's a revolutionary. I just like that it somehow involves Luffy's mother which we don't have any idea about. In One piece verse, mothers aren't really mention or doen't even make an apperance if they don't have a role or responsiblity or if they don't make sacrifices or doesn't have an impact which is kinda a waste for me, like maybe they aren't as impactful as the father so there's no need to show them, the important part is they give birth character and that's it. It almost seem like the Men live longer here more than Women hahahaha because we still get to see the father but no mother. Rouge, Sora, Usopp's mother are all example of this all dead but has impact the character/s in a way.

I have another theory about the pedigree of d. The D family orginated in two rival persons- JOYBOY and IM. Luffy and Roger both descendants of Joyboy while Blackbeard and Rocks were both descendants of IM. But IM is still alive... Yes, because he is immortal. And he is waiting for the return of his nemesis (joyboy) in the body of Luffy.

Let me break it down. I think some of you guys are getting the relationship lines confused such as Gold D. Roger and Portgas D. Rouge being siblings despite the fact they had Ace together. I'm going to use Roger and Rouge as examples here. I don't think they're siblings. I think Roger and Rouge are "distant cousins" like Luffy and Law or any individual who shares the Will of the D. Roger, Rouge, and/or Will of the D descendants share the same great-grandparents by past generations. I'm simply guessing the numbers because we don't have the accurate numbers here obviously. For example, Rouge and Roger could be "6th cousins" a.k.a (6 greats) meaning they share the same exact great-great-great-great-great-great grandparents alongside with the same exact ancestor who started the Will of the D. This applies to any Will of the D individuals depending on how the amount set of great-grandparents they made share together. TL;DR - Luffy, Ace, Law, Garp, Dragon, Blackbeard, Roger, Rouge, Saul, and Xebec are "distant cousins" and they share the same ancestor. It's now always only in some animes , my hero academia, Black clover 🍀 are examples where protagonist doesn't not belong to any powerfull family , also audience expect the main character to belong from a powerful family especially in very long and big animes, it adds a lot of value to story and makes huge impact.

Guys.. after being the biggest fan of one piece for almost 10 years, reading 1000+chapters, and watching 980+ episodes, I can safely say that one piece is my favorite series of all time, and I've never devoted more of my attention to a piece of fiction in my entire life. That being said. Who is Joyboy? What is the Will of D.? WHY are Roger and Rouge siblings? Are they Joyboys kids? Are they 800 year old kids or something?
