Sounds great. From the pure physical point: do you change your warmup routine when for example you haven't had a chance to practice as much as usually for a few days?
No plans right now, but you never know. Touring in the US is very complex, and the distance from Florida to another gig worth playing is a challenge logistically.
I love all genres i am offen a season guy mostly metal i have to drill 3 and finger packing half the time i feel like i am doing drum pattans for exercises and warm ups 😂
ALL the good stuff. The knowledge.
Dope! That Hannon exercise alone a lot to chew on. As always, thank you for offering up such great insight!

Definitely. I normally just approach it a lot slower, and really listen to my body to see where it’s at.
This is so very Helpful❤ am working 11 to 12 hours a day, And sometimes i cant practice every day!
Where do you get these exercises, I’d love to buy a book that I can practice from.
Any chance of making down to Florida in the near future?!

Guess I'll just have to plan a vacation around your tour then! 🤙🤙
Oh no! Who revealed your warm up? Did you reveal it? Don't reveal your warm up! Sigh
Cool story.
