The LV is such a great line. A guy came to the local field with an LV1.1 and it was so freaking quiet. He said he had gotten it teched and tweaked so much that he couldn't tell me the precise settings. I bought an LV1 and loved it though it wasn't as quiet. I talked to a tech that said on the LV1 there was only so much you could do since it didn't have the ability to be as fine tuned as the LV1.1. So I gave my LV to my wife and bought a Gunslinger LV1.5. Loved the looks, didn't care for the blade trigger. It was noticeably louder than the LV1 and with the FL kit it had a bit of barrel rise to it. I sold it. I recently picked up a almost new LV1.1 with 700 original shots. I took it out yesterday and shot it and it was noticeably quieter than the 1.5 and the lv1 my wife has. I was never a big fan of poppet guns, but I would reccomend that LV series to anyone! The CS line not so much due to the size of the grips, but they shoot pretty nice.
Spool valves are such a hassle compared to stacked tube poppets. The rammer barely needs any maintenance compared to a spool and since it takes oil it’s way easier to apply and lasts much longer. Pretty much need to tear down and lube a spooly every use which is a drag. At this point in time though the CS1.5 is a much better buy then the LV1.5. For the 200$ difference in price the carbon fibre barrel, and no AT pipe make it pretty appealing. Dunno about the flatter trajectory lol. Either way spool/poppet at the end of the day it’s a ball blown through a .689 pipe and both lob shots like parabolas in high school math class. I’ve never noticed any difference in trajectory between any of the markers in my collection (ego5/ego11/Lv1.5/cs2/shocker XLS). Probably psychological or one of the guns was at a higher FPS
I noticed the grip on the CS series was extremely thick compared to the LV series. Due to the reg and trigger being in the same grip, they had to make it noticeably thicker. People with weaker grip strength or smaller hands may have trouble with the CS series as compared to the LV series.
4:48, you vaguely describe what is required to maintenance the cs1.5 bolt assembly while you explain in intricate detail all what needs to be done to simply unscrew a backcap and remove a rammer and bolt. You fail to mention parts of your cs1.5 bolt also needs to be unscrewed and parts of the bolt needs to be separated to maintenance it. It takes roughly the same amount of time to unscrew either the lv1.5 backcap with an allen key as it would with separating the cs1.5 bolt, but more steps are involved with the spoolie. I would prefer the cs1.5 for how it feels and sits in the hands over the double stack poppit design. I used to be an intimidator guy, then I switched to shockers and dm's, and now the BL VIS which imo is the best of both.
There both great markers but I'm going to go with the jt splatmaster
I'll stick with my Brass Eagle Talon
Adam Griffin Pfft that things a joke. I’ll stick with my slingshot thank you very much
Adam Griffin 😂
Stingray or nothing
Both. Get em both. Everyone should own a nice poppet and spool. These both are the best of both worlds.
DSR VS 160R VS XLS with team insanity
SMH, you guys are actually making good points on the advantages and differences between the markers instead of roasting each other's markers

They should make an more tool less version of the lv1.5 and call it the lv2. I hope Jack sees this.
Who the hell is Jack?
