I found to warm it up quicker, put the ventilation on recirculating and even more put the windshield defrost on and it will blow more warm air quicker. I live in Vancouver so I know about cold weather!
@@marcprobin1659 Yes, you do. Like once every 100 years. Mid December, 2024. It was 16c here in St. John's. In other towns, it was warmer. Ya. Cold in Van. City. We are fucked.
First off I have to agree with you on the instrumentation and gauge cluster. Why they have to try and reinvent the thing is beyond me and the last one was a joke IMO. A more normal setup would be much better.
I am 6' tall and I have no problems with the MID. I adjusted the seat height on the taller side instead which gives a full cluster view! The steering wheel is slightly adjusted down but not that much.
As for the headlight. Their is an indicator on the bottom RH side that shows if your low beams are on. Now I have the XLE AWD so I do have auto lights, but that is how you can tell if they are on.
If you have the Base model, you need to expect some options being left out other wise how can you sell the middle trim if all the features are in the base model. Most manufactures do this, so it should be surprising.
Most manufacturers do not do it like this though. If a car has proximity entry, its on both sides. If a car has a heated steering wheel, it also has heated seats. Etc.
@@CarsMadeSimple Yeah I get it! I found it a nuisance at first the in Canada the XLE does not come with the phone charger but in the states it does. But, we have heated seats and steering wheel.

Always great insights. Thanks!

Good to hear. From other media and people I have talked to in person, most people have some sort of an issue with the setup of this vehicle.

Yes, I learned this after I figured out I wasn't driving with the lights on.
