How To Accurately Resize Artwork To Digitize In WIlcom

Use Wilcoms transform by reference line tool to accurately resize artwork when
digitizing a logo. For years I grabbed the re-size handles and stretched the image to size. Did you know there is a much easier, faster, and more accurate way?
