2023 Honda CRV Sport Touring Hybid loses gas pedal power again for the 4th time in 18 months!

Bought new 2023 Honda CRV Sport Touring Hybid loses gas pedal power again for the 4th time in 18 months and 25k miles. Had four attempts at Honda dealerships to diagnose and repair and all have failed. The most recent they did replace the 12V battery in May but in less than two months the same problem occurred.
