In this video Muzammil will show you the how to differentiate between Original Kesar and Duplicate Kesar we buy from the market.
One difference shown is that the Original Kesar when left in water, gradually leaves its colour pigment in the water while stirring, and even in that way the colour is very light.
On the other hand, the fake Kesar at once leaves its colour the moment it touches the water, and on more stirring it leaves even more of its colour which means that fake colour is added to such Kesar.
