ampalaya for my "paksiw na bangus"

Time for my food shopping @ Seafood City, Maryland Pkwy, Las Vegas NV, last time we were here was last March 19, and we enjoyed some little conversations with ladies we just met Ms. Iona from Bacolod and Edlyn from Bohol, we were laughing about things in life and lastly we said hi to James while stocking up produce, before picking up my ampalaya, the main thing is lifting people's spirits up especially the youth to "work diligently and be grateful" seize d moment!

Yup! bangus Pangasinan po bow! nope 😊paksiw is only for me, oks lang 'yun, basta meron syang kanyang pagkain na kinagisnan nya, like beef stew, chili and his most fave is garlic meatballs n spaghetti 🍝
