A foul ball went into the stands at a baseball game a fan had both hands filled carrying food, he actual caught the ball between his knees.

If the kickoff goes out of bounds, it's a penalty on the kicking team and the offense of the receiving team gets the ball at their 40 yard line. Same goes if the player is out of bounds but touches the ball in bounds.

If the ball on the NFL kickoffs stops where they are and the guy touches them, then the ball stays there at the 2 or 8 yard line to start the next drive. When the two GB players put their foot out of bounds and touched the ball, that counts as the ball being kicked out of bounds before the goal line, which automatically gives their team the ball at the 40 yard line to start the drive (instead of the 25 if it was just kicked out of the end zone).
This is a MAJOR bonus of course and extremely smart plays....gaining 30+ yards if they would have just fallen on the ball.

Stepping out of bounds makes it an out of bound penalty on the team that did the kick off and means the catching team would start their 1st down at the 40 yard line. If he’s in bound they start at the point of where he caught the ball and kneeled or caught the ball and got tackled.

the first baseball one doesn't work anymore, they changed the rules on walking a batter.
second baseball one he could get a handle on the ball so he just kicked it, I knew we would find a use for soccer one of these days.
third baseball one very smart move no one was guarding third base .
fourth baseball one I dont think that legal anymore
last one the pitcher would throw the ball to the first baseman but the ball was caught in the webbing so he just threw the entire glove, perfectly legal.

Just regarding the first one - the reason it isn't done more is that the person shooting the free throw cannot be the first to touch the ball unless it HITS THE RIM first. That's obviously such a harder thing to do than hitting the backboard first and having it come back to them or another teammate. Always impressive when it works out though.

The ball crossing the foul line, without being touched by a defender, makes it a foul ball and the batter does not get to advance to first. If any of the defenders had touched the ball before it crossed the foul line they'd have to try and throw the batter out at first, they weren't likely to succeed at that. Also, anyone that was on base, would not be able to advance to the next base.
Kickoff out of bounds is a foul in American Football. In the NFL the rule is that for a kickoff out of bounds the receiving team gets the ball 25 yards from the spot of the kick, or where the kick went out of bounds, whichever is better for the receiving team.

On the foul ball thing, I forgot to mention something important. A ground ball that hits fair and rolls foul has to do so before the ball reaches either first or third base.
If the ball hits either first or third base or hits fair beyond those bases, it's fair regardless of what happens after it hits the ground. A fly ball that hits foul is foul regardless of where it hits foul.
