Making jokes about race is not that big of a deal. But making jokes about someones religion is a big deal (sometimes its ok if they are not saying anything too bad like a terrorist)

@@isthisshabab4561 Religion is a way bigger deal in my opinion. Cuz Race doesnt even matter. I wouldn't have any problem being any other race. But I would have problems if I had any other religion. Because religion has a large impact in your whole life and even the life after death like heaven/hell kinda stuff.
I would always prefer that someone jokes about my race instead of my religion. At the end of the day, race doesnt control anything in my life
I just want to clear something. He was not pretending to be a terrorist. It's just traditional Arabic clothing which has no symbolism to terrorism. People were being racist and stereotyping him because of their misconception and the fact that he was Arab and also calling someone a terrorist is a really big thing and is really rude especially if it's a racist remark or stereotyping. Arabic is the language. Arab is the word for the ethnicity. It would be called "Arab traditional wear" and not "Arabic traditional wear".
