Hi wolf! I bought the gems by topping up in game, haha. If you are f2p, you can slowly save up for them by clearing your quests daily. Sometimes if you share some achievements, you get a small amount of red gems too. And yes, it is my voice you hear on this channel and in my videos. Thanks for your sweet words.
