Some corrections, the implied nudity started by Morg came before twitch changed their policy to allow artistic nudity. What caused twitch to reverse course however, was that people started drawing hentai in the art section. Every other stream was either well endowed anime girls, or anthropomorphic wolves with huge schlongs. On top people were using AI to generate realistic looking zorn images, under the guise of "art." Of course none of it dispicted sexual acts, but it was still very much gratuitous nudity. The black bar trend, was a result of twitch amending the rule it put in place. Which according to the amended TOS, nudity under censorship (think that included bars) was allowed. Which lasted of course until boogie did it, and caused twitch to ban said trend altogether. Frankly if you put boogie in a tight fitting leotard/op swimsuit, and gave him a shake weight, a mirror, and one of those quake machines, this new trend would die that same day.
I recommend reacting to Moistcritikal more often if you want to know more about a situation. He's a good source that's unbiased and explains the whole situation of something in case there's context you don't have

When I'd play with friends our defense strategy was what we called the "Anaconda Plan." We get Valkyrie, Ela, and Caveira and go from there
I think what twitch needs to do is to add a whole new category. Simply called artistic nudity or 18 plus because I think the stuff that these streamers are showing should not be on just chatting just my opinion
