  • The Free Trainer FT2 combines classic strength training with complex cable pulley systems and thus offers the best conditions for a sophisticated training demand at home, in wellness facilities or sports clubs.
In this video we show you how to assemble the FT2 step by step and build your own home gym.
We wish you success with the assembly and lots of fun with your new multy gym!
To make the assembly of the strength equipment as easy as possible, we have already pre-assembled the most important parts. Before you assemble the unit, you should read the assembly instructions carefully.
We recommend a combination of assembly video and assembly instructions for a smooth assembly. You can find them here:

If you need help with the assembly or the functioning of the FT2, please contact us at www.hammer.de/kontakt

Its use has roped me prematurely I see in your video that you adjusted the box by turning it a little bit before you put it on top of the 2 metal rods. What doesn't work on mine 🤦‍♂️

I watched the entire video and wanted so much now to own the FT2 fully loaded. I’m just wondering if there is a good senior’s discount promo 🙏🏻🙌👍🏻

Super useful! Thank you for posting. I do have a question - my cables are about 10" too long (hanging down from the top (chinup bar) or totally slack across their length. Any thoughts? I went through the video four or five times to verify that I followed what you did exactly.

Same here ! I wonder if it's because of the optional adde weight stack : it increases the height of the weigh stack, hence probably loosens the cable. Another possible option is the plastic rods at the bottom of the weight stack. They're about 3 inches long, and maybe we have to remove them if we're using additional weight stacks to prevent the cables from hanging out loose. Did you find the solution ?
