Becky, I'm almost twice your age (in Australia), just found your channel yesterday and binge watched you. How amazing are you!!!!!!!! Fancy being so adept and capable and wonderful at your tender age. You have such a depth of knowledge and I am sure that all around the world you are inspiring people. Keep up the good work. Your husband and family must be incredibly proud of you. I am, and I don't even know you lol.
Agreed, absolutely amazing young woman. I wish I had been so onto it at that age! Better late than never, I'm getting into it now, also in Australia. Go Becky!
This may never be seen, but at least it was said: Becky, I have been a silent watcher for months, maybe a year now. I am a couple years older than you and remember when I was in my twenties, having similar aspirations, but then life happened. People laugh at the thought of me watching someone do all the things they don’t even know I aspired to do, living in a converted pool house apartment without even a stove/oven. After really hard days at work, I come home and think to myself, I hope Becky has uploaded something today, and if not I go back and watch older videos, hence why I’m commenting on this older post. Your sweet, calm, and endearing nature, in all aspects of your life, help me decompress and relax. That was a very long-winded thank you for all of your efforts, successes and “failures”. Failures are simply learning experiences to help guide you to further success. You have taught me that. So again, thank you friend.
Oh Beckey... I love that you leave the real life moments in your vlogs. You are so relatable and fun to watch. Watching a bunch of your videos a day. I am totally a squirrel personality, I don't think it's a bad thing. Love the hummingbird. You are so blessed.
Found your channel the other day and I started watching.....then found myself addicted to your content and your personality lol very much can relate to the self interruptions
I love this young lady, she has really inspired me to "get with life", I have been such a procrastinator lately! So she is literally like therapy for me!
@@AcreHomestead Aww Thank you!😇 I feel honored to be a subscriber. Hey Becky, I don't know how I found your channel but within the last 3 days I must have watched 30 of your videos. I love your gentle and bubbly nature and your lifestyle is truly beautiful and inspiring. I live in the Caribbean and always wanted to grow produce in raised beds but never really pressed the idea as I don't even know where to start - but you are inspiring me to truly figure it out. Furthermore I am a chef at my own restaurant and love to see people cook with confidence like you - You are so intuitive and use proper technique and i applaud people who encourage others to use recipes as a template rather than an exact scientific recipe. I truly am so grateful that I found you. Continue with your passions. Your family and husband and friends are blessed to have you! (As are your viewers!) Thanks for inspiring us all and being a form of therapy to sooth us with your patience and hard work and your dedication to sustainable living. Love you!
My husband said the other day when you interrupted yourself that you had a lot of squirrel moments. After we watched it, he said, she’s great, we need to subscribe! It was so funny after watching this one because someone else brought it up too! So don’t think that having squirrel moments are a bad thing, we love it!
I laughed when you talked about the squirrel and the interrupting. One I think it is because you are doing so much! I had a boss that asked me once if I came from a big family and I didn’t, just me and my brother. I asked why and he said because you talk so fast it’s like you are afraid you aren’t going to be able to get it out! Lol
I'm so amazed on how much you know and do .you truely are a amazing young lady .I just found your show about 2 weeks ago and I can't stopping watching your videos been watching your older videos
You popped up in my suggested videos and I’m so glad that you did. It’s so lovely to watch you learning how to grow all your own food. The fact that you aren’t shy to try something new, and don’t get discouraged when something doesn’t quite go to plan, is just so refreshing and encouraging for someone like me who is learning to grow these things too! You’re a joy to watch! Thank you ever so much for sharing your garden with us! Much love from London, England 🙂
I loved your story about "squirrel" which is a very familiar topic in my daughter's family. She has 3 boys (12, 17 and 21) and all three have attention issues. A couple of years ago my oldest grandson and my daughter were talking about being distracted and the word "squirrel" and literally at the same time, my grandson noticed a squirrel outside and yelled "squirrel" and then went back to talking with his mom. We were all killing ourselves laughing and he didn't even know why we were!!! I bought him a little ceramic squirrel to sit on his desk. So yes, squirrel is a sign of affection and if this is what you are called - well good for you!! Love your videos.
I think you are my spirit animal 😅 my husband gets annoyed when I interrupt him too. But if I don’t say it the moment I think it, it’s gone lmao. Thanks for all the amazing videos. U inspire me, I am also on my second year of a garden ❤️❤️
Man, I caught myself comparing and feeling really down about all the gardening and preserving mistakes I’ve made over the past year, but then I realized there’s no room for that kind of negativity in communities like these 🙌🏻 I’m also in Washington (Skagit Valley) so absolutely everything you try is SO HELPFUL TO ME! So thank you!
Same here! I live in suburban Texas, I grow chiles (from a 🌶️ the grocery store that I thought was yummy!) and replanted green onion buds from the grocery store. I was feeling a little bad, but hey! We gotta start somewhere!
@@anamargarita7734 oh for SURE! This exactly! And sometimes what I think is my “start” is actually my “finished” lol, that’s always a hard pill to swallow. But when I finally do I enjoy it soooo much
I’m saving for a home and your channel is my dream life. Can’t wait to cook from my garden one day! We have a small garden patch in my yard in town now, but it’s only big enough to snack on things when you walk through. I’m hoping my dream homestead comes my way when I’m ready in two years.
@Alison Me too!!! I've been binge watching her videos since I've found her about a month or so ago, and have since then purchased a homesteading for dummies book to teach myself a bit about all this stuff (on top of watching Becky's videos) so that when my husband and I finally find a house, I can start work right away!
I’m well over 60 & still easily distracted by nature events like humming birds. Or clouds. Or the dog. 😂🥰 and I’m from loud distracted family & my husband from quiet 🤫. I’m a talker & he’s quiet 🤫. It is what it is. And I love it all. 🥰
Becky, I have watched ALL your videos and anticipate every new one, but as it comes time to start harvesting and canning, my 11 year old daughter and I have been rewatching old videos! You are one of my absolute favorite RUclipsrs and I love watching you for company and to relax! Love from Northeast Ohio!❤
Same! I work from home and I always have Becky’s master playlist on shuffle in the background. Helps keep me company now that I’m no longer in an office environment.
One of your videos popped up in my recommended a few days ago and I can’t stop watching. I subscribed halfway through one video when you said you were born in 1990, and as a fellow bushy browed girl you just keep getting more relatable.
How did I miss this video?! This is the most endearing one yet. My son and I have the whole "squirrel " conversation almost daily, so I totally get it. I'm going to change it to hummingbird, I swear. Thank you! This just might be my new favorite video. 100% real.
I’m sure my comment is a repeat - I’m 3 days behind. I wanted to tell you to harvest Chamomile you just slide the blossom between your fingers gentle with thumb on top and pop them off🤗 way less stems. Best done early morning and make sure all the green is gone from yellow center and not turning brown. The only face soap I use is my homemade chamomile, calendula, lemon zest and lemon essential oil. I use fresh and/or dry chamomile - Also I soak fresh or dry in very warm oil either melted tallow or lard or avocado etc - whatever I decide to put in my soap. It’s the Only face soap that doesn’t dry out or break me out🤗 This was a Super Fun all around video!!!💖🤗👍🏼
When I was growing up we would take our peas to a place who had a “ shelling machine “ - all of the green peas would roll down the chute . What a time saver !!
My aunt Eunice used to grow English peas. They were ALWAYS my fav. Lots of work but AMAZING!! Shelling peas are something it's great to have a yard swing for (hers was under the pecan tree and made of cast iron) and whenever someone comes over, you get a few buckets of peas and some shelling pans, hand your friends a glass of sweet tea or a cocktail and sit and swing and shell peas while chatting. My best memories 💕
This has to be my favorite video of yours. Going from garden talk to coffee to eye brows to garden to tripping on wire in the garden back to garden talk to hummingbirds. Your REAL and this channel is great! I find myself trying to use all the greens of the veggies from our CSA and think "What would Becky do with this?" Even the ends and leaves lol Great video!
I don’t think I have ever seen a little channel like yours grow so fast. Can’t call you a little channel any longer! Proud of you! I personally can’t wait for each video. I garden vicariously through you. During the videos I talk to you like I’m right there with you!
I can't speak for everyone but for me when I watch A creator I love when it is real.. real life perfectly imperfect. I have piles of boxes on my porch I walk past on my way put t o the chickens and gardens every day.. some of my boxes have been there a while.. on a homestead there are always things needing to be done and things that should be done, and I try to prioritize the things that are more time sensitive like planting or harvesting or caring for all the animals.. boxes can wait!! I am so glad I found you!! And I interrupt myself all the time lol as I am talking to myself in the gardens, cause sometimes you just need an expert opinion!!! Just keep being and doing you!! That is why we are here ♡
I love you channel. Thank you for sharing. I am over 60 years old. You have inspired me. I have panted a garden. Crazy, I know, watching you makes me feel like I can. I hope 🙏 i can and it grows. Can't wait to watch and follow along.
Hey there! This morning I have been putzing about! Got some little yellow tomatoes I grew stacked on the dehydrator (experimenting with that appliance has been great!) Which reminds me, I saw a comment in an older video someone said they just aren't into canning... Overly sugary, vinegary, gloppy messes! The results are......underwhelming. I so agree!! However I thoroughly admire those who excell at that art, especially pressure canning meats. I like a small stash on hand of pickles, jams, and chutneys but the sheer volume and time is a lot when it's for just one (me). I'm also dehydrating store bought apples too that are past their prime but I hate to waste anything! (plus Icooked a small pot of apple pie filling on the stove, but that's for otameal). Oh yeah, and roasting a small batch of garlic that actually looked good and was on sale! I enjoy learning about and doing these things, but unfortunately my family thinks it's all a waste of energy and I need to get out more. Oh well. Can't please everyone. Just thought I would share and say hi. You are a very special young lady.
You are so awesome! I think it's all about knowing what to can and what to freeze and know what texture you are looking for, ya know.. If they don't get you, I GET YOU!! Haha that's the cool thing about this platform. We can find people who get us. none of my friends get me when it comes to this stuff. they are all about fashion and makup and I love them but I don't get that lol
I was so into ur message! Hopefully one day that u get into a motivated story again, Please continue and just add ur story as u harvest ur garden! I would truly appreciate ur stories and motivation to others! God bless u baby girl!!
Speaking, finally! Someone who thinks/speaks like me! Yes! I will forget what I was thinking/saying..rude..so funny I have experienced the same thing. But most people who know me understand...lol
I love this video…. So many things… your energy, excitement, your squirrel moments… the note to self - don’t leave things to trip over, sharing of your oops moments. It makes me smile and laugh as I recall all the times I’ve done these things too! When visiting my son and his family, who have the garden, chickens and goats, the grandkids will stop what they are doing to tell me…. The chicken just laid an egg. HA! Never gets old. I started watching with a dinner freezer video about 3 weeks ago and love your channel. Yes, I subscribed right away and have been making my way through your videos. I’ve already bought the Canning Book (I had a small Ball book I have used in the past) so I can make the rhubarb bbq sauce ( under the Victorian recipe something). I’ve made the breakfast oatmeal recipe and so has my friend. Yum. I ready to make the fire cider. I got my first Azure order, thank you, for the Ceylon cinnamon. I’m going to stop here, 🐿 moments happing, just wanted to say - Thanks for sharing!!!!
Holy Moley!!! Becky, my Family is the same way! I interrupt the most because I have a terrible memory and if I don't say it while it's on my mind, by the time the other person stops talking, I will totally forget what I was about to say. I thought I was the only weirdo who did this. So glad I'm not alone. You are great! Don't ever change.
Lol, my family’s communication is exactly the same. We are loud, we talk over each other and interrupt each other and we are always trying to get our two cents in. I never noticed it as being different until my husband brought it to my attention. He had a similar thought that we were being rude. We never considered that but I can see it now how it can be offensive at times. I have worked on it because I realized I wanted to listen more and comprehend what was being said. I realized I was always waiting for my turn to have a say and join in. It’s kind of fun when I get around my family as we can chat for hours and hours and we get so boisterous and animated. It’s quite a lot of fun when we all get together. I like Becky’s take on it as another communication style. Love it! I feel a little better that it’s not just my family that communicates this way. ☺️It’s nice to be aware of other’s ways of communication as well and making allowances for them as well. It’s quite eye opening!
Hummingbird or Squirrel you are precious! I admire your hard work. Teachers should be using your videos to teach the young children. Please continue sharing & keep moving foward. God bless you!!!
The Camamille collecting reminded me of a childhood memory. My best friend's mother would pay us $.25 for each cup of Camamille buds we collected. It seemed to take forever to get enough of those little buds!! Cheap labor! Now as an adult, I wonder how much of giving us that task was just a way to keep us busy and out of her hair!!!
Love your videos! You are an inspiration! Just a fyi: English peas (peas in the shell) keep growing pea pods. The more you harvest, the more you get next time. Try a small section on a lattice and try to harvest weekly. If it starts getting to hot, then the harvest is over unless you have a lot of mulch to keep the roots cool! I let some dry on the vines for seeds for the following year. But mainly dehydrate and freeze them.
You are absolutely the sweetest. I love how you communicate on your videos it makes me feel like you're sitting right here with me and we're just chatting about this and that. You have the perfect personality for RUclips. You really connect with your audience and that is what's most important. Look forward to seeing everything you do in the future. Thanks so much for always sharing. 🙂❤️
Totally me and my husband. My family is loud, we hug and kiss when we say hi and goodbye and most of the time it’s hard to get a word in. While his family is not talkative, they nod their head to say hi and goodbye and it’s hard to even hold a conversation with them, they talk about the weather a lot lol. He has come a long way. My aunt kissed him on the mouth the first time she met him he came and told me I said lol yes and it won’t be the last time 🥰 families are funny and so different
Just found your show yesterday. Becky you are a whizz I cannot believe how much you can do. You a champion with your cooking. Keep it up from South Africa.
Have to say -- I thoroughly enjoy how real you are. From chatting about your routine, to things that irk your husband, to detailing your successes and failures.... Keep on keepin' it real. :-)
I did not expect the little segment on your families communication style, but I can totally identify with it. I was born and raised in New York and my dad is American but my mom and grandparents are from Scotland and Scottish people have a totally different way of communicating. They can be loud, they can interrupt, They poke fun at each other in a way that could definitely be perceived as rude in this country, but it works
When I grow or buy shelling peas, I use the shells to make a pea cream. Just stirfry the shells with some onion and potatoes, the add some water and salt an let it cook. Thend blend it all together, strain it to get that fiber out and add some milk cream and pepper. It's reeeaally delicious, and then you don't let all that go to waste (or to your chickens in this case).
My bf and I both get distracted easily, forget what we were talking about, get so excited about stuff that pops into our heads or see stuff we need to mention right then. We’re both adhd. I obviously have no idea if you are but hearing you talk in your videos seems so natural to me and how my conversations have always gone between my bf and I 😂 we’re both the same age as you and we find ourselves going in this direction. We’re in the process of building our own tiny house and seeing your garden I now know the direction we’re going to go for our 5 acres of land 🥰 ty for the inspiration
That’s exactly how my Husbands Family is. And they always over talk each other whoever is the loudest gets to talk. Haha It’s an endearing quality. Lol 😂 You’re awesome and one of the only people on RUclips that have kept my attention to long.
You have gorgeous hair and honey, better ample eyebrows than almost not there ones. I love your enthusiasm! It's infectious! I already watched dinner with Renee, how fun!
Hi I am so glad to have found your channel. I love the way you are who you are and not trying to be someone your not. Love your cooking and gardening episodes. Thank you i am back watching all the episodes i missed. God bless en keep doing what you doing.
I was so excited thinking we were having another live! Then I realized we did it last week ☹️🤣 you got my hopes up ❤️ talk about confusion I'm old and thought I was loosing it🤣🤦♀️🤣
Boy, am i glad i decided to go back and watch you from the beginning . You are so informative and funny. Watching you grow has become a nightly obsession. You're so stinking cute.
Our family is loud and interrupting but we all can hear each other. My daughter in law was not used to that but now she’s gaining that skill herself. lol😂
That brings back memories for me. I did the same thing with my shelling peas last year. I thought i had sugar snap peas. Oops - you cant just snack on the shelling peas in the garden. Have a great evening. God bless you from grandma Katie in Oregon
Loving your inspirational videos & a big hi from New Zealand! Just wanted to say you can keep your sweet potato slips as houseplants for winter! We grow them & a native version - Kumara. I keep cuttings from the plants at harvest in a jar of water inside, change the water when I remember & I've just planted them back outside ready for this summer's crop!
Just found your channel yesterday and enjoying watching you. Saw your pantry tour and was jelly following you, have a very small house & was just in awe of your cabinets. Wish I had that many in my house💜
Becky! You make me laugh and warm my heart all at once. I have blonde minimal eyebrows. So we are opposite in that way! But I too welcome my friends telling me if I look disheveled. Lol
Okay, I echo Teresa Mac comment about the eyebrows. You are beautiful in your own way. We all are. That's why we all are different. Normal is mundane and icky, except for body temperature. Leave it be! Family is family is family is family. What matters is you were invited. Peace on your doorstep.
I also just found you and love you because you go from garden to kitchen to show us how to use them. I'm 64 and have never scanned. I'm going to do a little this year. I have a small garden in town. Mainly tomatoes.
Hi Becky! You probably already know this, but thought I’d put in my 2 cents. I just buy some organic sweet potatoes & maybe russets or whatever I’m in the mood for. I make my own sweet potato slips by the old way of toothpicks in the sweet potatoes in a glass of water. And my other potatoes I plant are the ones I forget to eat or just don’t want to eat at the time, so they start growing their…whatever you call them. My sweets I put right into the ground, but this year I grew my russets in containers. I think they’re ready to be unveiled! Potatoes are so fun, because like you said, it’s a treasure hunt!
I love your videos. I have learned so much just by watching your videos . I got my husband to watch some of your freezer meal videos , and now I have to try them .
I’m watching your old videos out of order. Now I already know how the weather will be and how your carrots will turn out… Now I want to watch the harvest video again!
Since you read them I would like to say you are epic! Love your videos. I'm still going though your older content. Love the fact your learning as you go and sharing what does and doesn't work. I'm from New Zealand and this year (potato's need to be done now) I'm going to try you bails for potato's. My house doesn't have a great garden. But you are helping me be motivated. Thank you. P. S. At a old 35 Yo I wish I was still young enough to fall over and not almost die!
You seem so geniune and sweet. Please dont listen to negative comments about your looks .EYEBROWS OF ALL THE THINGS TO complain about you are so busy all the time . IGNORE negative people. Keep being beautiful you.
Hi Becky, I know I’m commenting a couple months later but here in the south peas are like our pride and joy, the shelling kind that is. Only way you can make it in the shelling pea department without achy fingers is a nice pea sheller. It’s an investment but wow pressure canning peas or even blanching like you did are so delicious.
Also you can pick some of the pea shoots (leaves) for you guys to eat. Best when small in salads. If large cook in stir-fry or use like Swiss chard, Spinach, or vegetables like that.
All you have to do with chamomile is put your thumb and index finger just under the flower head and pinch/pop/pluck it off. Don't cut off a cluster of them all together as that will reduce the amount that you get afterward as it will continuously flower as long as you harvest it. Just pop off the individual flower heads. This is my 6 year old daughter's FAVORITE thing to do is pick chamomile flower heads. She loves to eat them and help me make tea with them too.
I really like videos like these, it motivates me to try new things. My family is the same, when we get together we’re loud, we talk over each other to talk to someone else across the table and I didn’t realise how funny my family is until I brought my husband home and all he could do was just sit and laugh. He told me in the nicest way possible how chaotic family get togethers are. 🤣 I realised how true it was after he pointed it out.
I just love that you follow your curiosities and have a sense of humor about the process along the way. Love your chickens! Your videos remind me of my childhood. We canned, gardened, butchered, milked goats, made soap, bred animals, carted wool, etc back in Kettle Falls, WA. Now I have a bunch of rabbit cages I made without rabbits in them because im nervous about the heat here in NC killing them. Also the weeds have taken over my garden like Jumanji. Keep doing your thing!
I’ve got a good sized dehydrator that I’m using but for my herbs and teas I use a fabric mesh dehydrator thing to save room/electricity. I got it on amazon and it’s like a column that pops up with several separate zippered levels so I can dry things individually. I actually have it hung in my bedroom closet lol! I like having it as a passive option that’s out of the way for tender things which dry quickly. That way my electric dehydrator is free for vegetables and whatnot.
I did the same thing with the sweet potato slips! Mine were so much better than the ones I ordered. But, Johnnyseeds did say they had a hard time with their supplier. Oh well, you live and learn and from now own I will continue to grow my own slips. Next year try growing your slips in a pan of dirt, it works much better and faster which is what I learned this year too.
Get your butt in gear and write a book! Write one per year, ‘what I learned THIS year’. You are a wealth of knowledge and love learning. And girl, I got the eyebrows too!
I live your authenticity. I completely relate to the squirrel and the I should have did this a week ago moments. Calendula and chamomile are absolute must haves in my garden. I just lay my to dry and it works marvelous if you ever need the space in your dehydrator for something else. Snap the chamomile and calendula heads off with your thumb. Calendula infused witch hazel is really awesome also.

I have a sister and one brother but man we can talk... lol
@@AcreHomestead Must be Italian in that dna somewhere!
“Sorry, my chicken just laid an egg” 😂
Love it!!
And your channel is booming!!!!
So very excited for you 🌻
Thanks!
Haha love this
I can't get enough of these videos! I am cleaning my house today with your videos running in the background. So pleasant!
But when I finally do I enjoy it soooo much
Mistakes are part of learning. Don't beat yourself up over it. Just pass the info along for others to learn.
I’m saving for a home and your channel is my dream life. Can’t wait to cook from my garden one day! We have a small garden patch in my yard in town now, but it’s only big enough to snack on things when you walk through. I’m hoping my dream homestead comes my way when I’m ready in two years.
Alison, dreams do come true! You will get there!!
@Alison Me too!!! I've been binge watching her videos since I've found her about a month or so ago, and have since then purchased a homesteading for dummies book to teach myself a bit about all this stuff (on top of watching Becky's videos) so that when my husband and I finally find a house, I can start work right away!
I left my trellis out too and tripped over it multiple times before I finally picked it up! 😂 I am inspired to grow Calendula now!! 🙌🏻❤️
Thanks for the tip!! I'm glad you watched it! Sorry for the late reply!
"That skunk smell if you know what I mean" cracked me up!!!!! Becky I adore you. You are such a cool person
I just finished watching all your videos last night. This morning I thought, I am out of videos I hope she post a new video today. And here you are.❤
When I was growing up we would take our peas to a place who had a “ shelling machine “ - all of the green peas would roll down the chute .
Thank you!
Some of the best parts of your videos are your cute quirks! Keep interrupting yourself! I’m living for your real life style. Keep being amazing 🥰
In England we pay a fortune for pea tops off
the vine. They are amazing in salad. The pea shells can also be made into chutney.
Love how honest you are! Loved the fact you said feed the well you have so true! Even if it is not always everything you want count your blessings!
Watching you is like drinking coffee or tea and relaxing. Thank you so much Becks. 😇🫶🏾🦋
I don’t think I have ever seen a little channel like yours grow so fast. Can’t call you a little channel any longer! Proud of you! I personally can’t wait for each video. I garden vicariously through you. During the videos I talk to you like I’m right there with you!
Wow thanks for being so supportive! I’m so glad you are here:)
That is why we are here ♡
Thanks for the encouragement!
Got some little yellow tomatoes I grew stacked on the dehydrator (experimenting with that appliance has been great!)
Which reminds me, I saw a comment in an older video someone said they just aren't into canning...
Hi Becky, I'm a new subscriber and I'm enjoying binge watching your videos, taking notes and getting tons of motivation. You're a joy. 💖💖💖
Speaking, finally! Someone who thinks/speaks like me! Yes! I will forget what I was thinking/saying..rude..so funny I have experienced the same thing. But most people who know me understand...lol
Haha me too lol
I'm not a gardener by any means but your personality is so sweet and love how you explain your process.
Thoroughly enjoying my marathon of viewing for motivation and excitement for my own garden.
Becky...Hilarious! The talking and interrupting myself and others sometimes...LOL. You are not alone in that!!!
Thank you so much! Sorry for the late reply!
You inspire me with your hard work Becky, planting, canning, cooking etc you are so productive & hard working. Keep it coming 💓💓💓
I’ve never harvested chamomile, but a friend used to wrap up a bunch of dried stems with the flowers on, just wad them into a ball and make tea.
Then I realized we did it last week ☹️🤣 you got my hopes up ❤️ talk about confusion I'm old and thought I was loosing it🤣🤦♀️🤣
Sorry! I didn’t make that clear enough
@@AcreHomestead lol I did the same. 🤣🤣 I went to the channel to see if I missed it. All's good.
I am so blown away with all you do !!! Can’t believe I have just found your channel now
Thank you so much! Sorry for the late reply!
Wow thanks!
Omg me to. Its my dream to have that much storage. I have a small kitchen and pantry so I have to get creative lol
Amilynn, you are to sweet :)
Becky have you tried dehydrating raspberries to use with your raspberry leaves for tea? Try it, I know you are gonna love 💕 it
Thanks for the tip!
I also just found you and love you because you go from garden to kitchen to show us how to use them. I'm 64 and have never scanned. I'm going to do a little this year. I have a small garden in town. Mainly tomatoes.
Thank you for being here!
Hi Becky! You probably already know this, but thought I’d put in my 2 cents.
I just buy some organic sweet potatoes & maybe russets or whatever I’m in the mood for. I make my own sweet potato slips by the old way of toothpicks in the sweet potatoes in a glass of water.
And my other potatoes I plant are the ones I forget to eat or just don’t want to eat at the time,
so they start growing their…whatever you call them.
I’m so glad I found your channel! Your hard work is inspiring in the kitchen and the garden.
I’m watching your old videos out of order. Now I already know how the weather will be and how your carrots will turn out…
Now I want to watch the harvest video again!
I love your honesty!! You are such a trooper!!!
You can make a lovely white wine from pea pods. Also raspberry leaf tea helps soothe ladies monthly cramps.
You seem so geniune and sweet. Please dont listen to negative comments about your looks .EYEBROWS OF ALL THE THINGS TO complain about you are so busy all the time . IGNORE negative people. Keep being beautiful you.
Learning so much from you.
What a wonderful person you are. So inspiring
I bought my seeding square this year. I just started using it. I absolute love it. I can get so much more into my garden now.
I just absolutely love your personality ❤ so refreshing.
You are so warm and transparent. I am really enjoying your videos.
I really like your videos. It’s like sitting in your garden or at the kitchen island having a visit like old friends. You are delightful!
Having the right tool for the job makes the job fun and easier to do...
Yes! I’m learning that
I love your real life perspective yet so positive at the same time ! Much love, thanks for sharing
Thank you for watching :)
YES talking across the table! that drives my husband and brother in law crazy... lol They will get up and go to the other room to talk lol
Your family sounds like us Thompson’s. I grew up the same way. Everyone has conversations over and around each other.
AW you are to sweet! thank you
Are used to eat the chamomile leave straight off the plant and could be asleep within 30 minutes. Also pea leaves are super good in salad
