Tried this today for my family, came out to be amazing , everyone loved this, though some ghee was left at bottom so i feel I should have used bit less ghee. Only variation i did was instead of curd used kajoo paste. Also not to mention this can be cooked in any kadhai, i used normal household aluminium kadhai

Bro you can try a simple hack for this recipe. Instead of chopping the raw tomato into 4 pieces, roast it on the burner of your stove. Not for a long time. Only for about 2 min. Keep changing the sides of the tomato resting on the burner in order to avoid burning it too much. Once done, you will be able to peel off the skin of the tomato pretty easily. Moreover, now when you chop the tomato and put that into the gravy, it will give you a tandoori kind of taste. Try it. I m sure you would love it.
