Bro seems like the magnetron cables are not shortened, as it is advised to be short as possible to avoid it's touch on metal bodies. If not eventually the performance may get weaken and in worst case the transceiver or modulator will also get affected.
Wouldn't it have been wise to verify the fan worked? I didn't see you even verify that it spun freely? I mean why did the mag go bad in the first place?
Radar fan working in good condition, the radar fan driven by motor which located below the fan.The running hrs for the motor is 10000 as per the JRC maker. This video is changing the magnetron because the running hrs already exceeded. The running hrs for magnetron is 4000 as per the manual

Mag did not go bad...it was a routine replacement based on makers recommendation
Did you check the fan? Seems like if your up there replacing that would have been part of maintenance..
