Would you please make a G+2 house plan design video for a plinth size 35 ft wide and 70 ft long with roads on three sides (North, South and West)? The plot is 50 ft wide on the North and South sides and 100 ft long on the West and East sides. Parking on the Ground Floor and Staircase in the middle of the plinth's 70 ft length (West facing). One unit of 2/3/4 BHK for personal use and 1/2 BHK of other available units for rented purposes.
