Back in 2019, gears 4, I leveled up from Re-Up 2 to Re-Up 10 to get gilded Raam and stuff in 2 weeks with 2v2 gnashers 2XP. Took a little break that lasted 3 years and never fully recovered my skill

Gow5 has always been trash to me. It just doesn't have the same gears feel 1-4 had. I mean gow3 was out for like 11 or 12 years and people played that and still weren't burned out completely. Gow5 came out undoing a lot of the good things that were done in both campaign and competitive. I dont this game feels like more of a joke. An attempt at mainstream with gimics.

I got Gears 5 when it first came out 5 years ago, played the campaign which I found boring as shit what annoyed me was the open world bs after beating the campaign I played the online multiplayer and man the Ping issues, the random gnasher shots through walls, so many issues to name that killed my vibe to even continue playing Gears 5. A bunch of issues still exist today and a bunch of us told them MULTPLE times but they never cared to fix it. With this new gears of war game coming out with them saying they're gonna go back to the roots of what a gears of war game was I'm hoping it's better than the Dog wash that Gears 5 was and is.
It’s more than just bad teammates, it’s that they’re selfish too. So many of these players only care about themselves and their kills rather than trying to push either teammates or set up their teammates for success it’s just non stop baiting.
I play this game about twice a week and people still have NO CLUE of what they are doing. I gave up on ranked. You're only as good as your teammates. "Unbearable" is spot on.

Ranked control is a competitive game mode. Its alright to assume that your teammates are good or known about the game. If you arent that good at any game, you shouldn't be doing ranked at all.

It’s just such a shit game. There’s no weight or ‘feel’ to the movement, everything is incredibly easy (wallbouncing, landing shots etc), ranked is dominated by lancering stacked teams to the point it’s genuinely pointless searching solo. Go back to the older games bro, Gears 1/2/3 and UE still have active lobbies. I’ve not had Gears 5 installed for about a year now, and don’t miss it at all. I’m just hoping E-Day goes back to the old roots.
one of my biggest frustrations with gears 5 is people not understanding how to play the game properly, i tire of having to do everything in every single match i play it drives me mad, i believe its because of how low the skill floor people get complacent with being at the bare minimum skill level to play the game and it ruins it for the the rest of us who actually want to play a good proper game of gears.

That's the problem with the world and people in it, everybody is terrified to say what they want to say. We have to sit here and baby people so their feelings don't get hurt. And I don't take it personal. I get into a game I see things going exactly the same as they have for the entirety of the games lifespan and I complain about those things. I've said it 1000x and I'll say it again I will never not even for a single video sit here and pretend I'm feeling one way or another. If I'm mad you're gonna hear me being mad. If I'm enjoying myself you'll hear me enjoying myself. Me realizing that it's constant negativity is why I took 2 weeks off. This channel has grown to over 25,000 subscribers while being my honest self. I don't do this for views. I don't do this solely for $. I do this because I love Gears of War and want it to succeed.
