Hi Mehmood,
If you want to measure horizontal or vertical dimensions use horizontal or vertical dimension tool
And if you want to measure slanting dimensions then you need to use parallel dimension tool (parallel dimension tool can be used for both slanting and horizontal/vertical dimensions)

How to show dimension 0.75% less than original object.
Let say original object is of 10cm and dimension should show 7.5cm
Can it be possible
Like in AutoCAD we set scale factor for dimension
