Making another CD Hat, this time a CRA Hat, in case I ever get a Genesis Weapon. Overall, I'm happy with the results. A 9% All -3s CD MPot is better than a -4s CD MPot since you can get the last -1s CD on BPot and the Stat% values aren't as high on BPots. Threw the rest of the cubes on my old Secondary in hopes to get 2L Prime Attack/Damage (for Level 275+ training), or just a better potential than my current Secondary.
Yeah, to take full advantage of these cubes, you want to cube items with potential lines locked behind Legendary tier only, which isn't the case with WSE, so it's as if I was cubing it normally. Oh well, this was a high risk high reward scenario.
*Equality Cubes* roll Primary Lines only (based on the current Potential Tier). *Red Cubes* roll both Primary and Secondary Lines (Secondary Lines being from the Potential Tier below). *Black Cubes* have a higher chance to roll Prime Lines, along with a higher tier up rate, with the ability to choose the potential before or after.

looks like it only gives prime lines. so u could get 12 12 12.
Is there a cap on cooldown. Can you go past -5 seconds?
No cap on how much you can get, but there's restrictions on how it's applied.

can i ask why you run cd hats on phantom
A lot of our skills have a short cooldown, and being able to use them more often helps a lot.

They're 3.5k NX per cube, limit of 3 packs of 10 cubes.
