Truffle hunt in NSW, Australia

What to do around NSW in winter? Truffle hunting is one of the cool activities in NSW during the winter season. Australia is one of the biggest producers of black winter truffles and there are plenty of truffle farms in NSW, Victoria, Tasmania and South Australia.
We did our truffle hunt in a small truffle farm "L'air du Wombat" in Oallen, around 2hrs40 away from Sydney. Friendly farmers will introduce you to all the truffle farming intricacies, hunting dogs and at the end of the hunt, you would be able to taste these delicious black truffles.
