This is definitely the best acting job of Whitney's career. I was very impressed. She said in an interview that she channeled her mother, Cissy Houston, in this role. I think it shows!!

i honestly don’t think she acted in this, this role was such a perfect role for her as she reminded people that they should use their gift throughout her whole life. such a beautiful role to end on
I always loved Whitney even had a chance in a million meeting her at a gas station in jersey, I'm from jersey not far from her once NJ home & seeing this brings me to tears cuz she didn't look too good if u know what I mean and I'm in recovery and I wanted to say something so bad we were talking like normal people she didn't act like she was better than me even though she's a legendary icon that ever graced the world with her talent .....we had a little bond which is unexxplainable just in ten minutes of time talking to her...ok I'm done . I'm sad. The world loved her we will never forget her.....I pray she's with God.....!!!!!!

Whitney Houston was AWESOME in this movie; and so was Jordon Sparks. This was Jordon's first movie; and she did really well.

This movie never got the accolades it deserves. It was a truly beautiful rendition of a classic film. I love how it honored the original but with a fitting and modern twist. Beautifully done and all of them shined, most especially Whitney!

Man that’s all it was back then , Respect , Education and having a relationship with the Lord to keep you grounded.
I honestly don’t know what happened to these new generational parents. They don’t discipline their children at all especially with the Lord. I’m only 20 but I can shol speak on how my mother raised her children.
These parents are being friends with Their children and there’s no respect what so ever. It’s just straight disrespect. We need some old school parents for this generation for real

In real life she was an awful mother. Doing crack and acting crazy in front of her girl. The child was afraid About the education BK is not even graduated from high school. Relation with god ? 🤣🤣🤣 she even did not put her in a choir to learn how to sing.

Whitney war wieder ganz oben nach der für sie doch recht stressigen Tour 2010 und war wieder clean. Leider hat der ganze Druck wieder gut zu sein ihr Unruhe und Ängste geschürt so das sie wieder rückfällig wurde und durch einen Unfall starb. Ich vermisse sie wie meine Ma die vor kurzem gehen musste 😢😢😢😢❤❤❤❤ Whitney ist für immer THE VOICE ❤
