I am disappointed that Porsha Crystal, Nooshy and Clay Calloway plus Darius, Klaus and Suki didn’t play prominent roles in Sing: Thriller, they just made silent cameos because they did play a prominent role in Sing 2. But I still love their appearance in the short film.
Porsha deserved to be part of the main cast. Even if she didn't have a speaking role, she should have still be part of the gang. The same with Rosita, and even Nooshy, Alfonso, and Darius.

In sing 3 the whole plot should be going back in time to stop darius from dating porsha or even getting the rizz to do so. Like biff and his sports results book, mr moon and crew have to go back to sing 2 to stop darius using a time machine to go to whenever say 2035 and getting a sports results book so that he can show to his past self and get loads of money so that porsha will date him. I love the Sing franchise Halloween special, Sing: Thriller despite being short and reminds me of Shrek Thriller from the Shrek franchise. Looks like Sing is trying to beat the animated movie, Night of the Zoopocalypse with this short film before that movie even comes out as this short also involves glowing eyes zombie animals.

Considering Michael Jackson turns into a werewolf in Thriller, I'm surprised that Porsha Crystal isn't wearing the red jacket in this scene and should be in the front row instead of Ash despite Scarlett Johnson singing Thriller wonderfully. Overall, I do agree that should had at least main singer my guess is that couldn't get the voice actress back and had already finished the animation and recording within a few months before its release this year.
I hope we’re all just misreading this and overthinking it, but I hope Porsha isn’t dating Darius. Not just cause he’s an uninteresting character (I found Jerry more annoying than him but that’s just me ) but also they had literally no interaction that would hint at them being together it makes no sense. This is like people who see two characters interact one time and say “oh yeah they’re totally in love with each other” not everyone has to be in a romantic relationship. Still holding out for her to be part of the main cast in the 3rd movie whenever that comes out.
