9:02:06 That's just sloppy on the dev's part, putting a weld in an incorrect position to the point where it's almost unreachable.
I'm surprised you managed to finish it. So far, all 3 ships in the DLC have their own issues, with this one in particular the game starts to freeze and unfreeze after a while, it becomes unplayable and reloading the game doesn't help either.
