Thanks buddy, I have done it like 7-8 years ago the same thing, now its time to re-apply. I wanted to remove the windshield and get it done properly but garages say removing and refitting the windshield can lead to crack in the glass dammit.
Yes it’s true, it needs a lot of skill. Most garages don’t specialize in changing glass. There are a few shops who do only glass changes n nothing else. It’s their daily job so they’ll do it properly without cracking it. If ur in Mumbai you can get it done at CST road, Kurla.
Yes silicone works too but there’s chances of it coming off. Mseal is more durable hence pretty much a permanent fix if you cover all leaks properly the first time.
Man i am having exactly the same issue. Great job and you showed us the solution. Thanks man. 👍. Am gonna start fixing .

@@PreetSinghVlogz Yepp I am in Navi Mumbai, will see if can find a windshield expert but they are pretty expensive.
Contact this guy - 88797 54699 (Abdul mechanic). He shares space with a windshield workshop. He can get you in touch with them to get a quote.
Ty from 🇺🇸 it helped me fix my leak
Its the only issue, due to which i hate driving in rain. Sarey mood ka satya naas hojata he jb aik bhi drop roof se ajaye.
Will you fix the rust too?
No, this was just to stop the leakage. Planned to get the rust treated during a new full body paint job.
Thanks a lot bro🙏🙏🙏🙏
Roof top pati wohi lagye ya new?
Same lagaya. New milna mushkil hai.
Thats a Temporary fix
For a permanent.Remove the windshield, inner outer panels ad the headliner and do a proper sanding abd paint job .
That’s a job for the workshop. This was a DIY fix and it worked pretty well.
@@PreetSinghVlogz the main issue remain the same
(rust )
I was facing same issues I fixed it with silicon
Sir, I had used m seal but the leak is not completely blocked, I want to try fresh m seal again but how to remove the old one?
You need to use a chisel and hammer to break the old mseal.
Instead of mseal try using a clear silicone sealer. It moulds into grooves and creates a flexible rubber like coating. Try Anabond.
Yes silicone works too but there’s chances of it coming off. Mseal is more durable hence pretty much a permanent fix if you cover all leaks properly the first time.
Brilliant job!
Very good bro keep it up 👍
