Im not pleased. She leaves suds in the clients ear, and she doesn't rinse the left side of the client ear completely. I've notice she does that a lot, the left side of the client head, doesn't get the same treatment as the right side. But overall, shes good 👍. Just make sure the suds are out of the client head, rinsed completely clean.😊
