Claw - Level 10 - Cliffs any% glitchless speedrun in

Glitchless cliffs is by far the most RNG heavy level in the game, where several peglegs need to just ignore you in order for this time to be possible. In some cases there are strats to reduce RNG without losing too much time, but in a few places there is no good way to do this without missing a cycle. All these strats are viable for full game runs, but this won't happen often, maybe about 3% chance to get good enough RNG for this time. In the non-glitchless category, dynamite jumps can be used to gain spare time, and this extra time can be used to remove a lot of the RNG, although it is hard to actually finish the level any faster.
