    What are the reccomend export formay and scene scale? I tried FBX 2020 and scene scale 500 and it matched well but i would like to know form the Pro one.

      Technically the scene scale should stay at 1.000, I'd locate an object in your scene that you can measure accurately, such as two tracked points, and then set the distance between them in meters. For example you could include two user tracks-one positioned at the bottom of a doorway and another at the top-and establish the height between them. By doing so, when you introduce a 3D model of a human (made at real-world scale) into your scene, it will align perfectly with the doorway's correct height.
