People need some time alone, to just sit and be with themselves quietly. Sometimes we need to sit in a chair with a cup of tea (or whatever) and stare out the window; or take a walk alone and be with your thoughts. Sometimes it is good to just be bored a little. It is also good to have variety and diversity in our lives -- to take time to smell the flowers and to do different things. Rest, breath, and drink plenty of water and eat healthy foods!^^ Dong Sook, you are very talented as an artist. You have a special gift as a dancer. You are also so nice and so very attractive.
