Now homogenous output have estimated marginal means assigned in that. For example for control marginal mean assigned comes 1.56 for control in homogenous subset and assigned letter a. The mean of 1 ,2,3,4 genotypes is 1.45 ,1.57,1.68,1.35. How to assign mean of genotypes letters by comparing with control marginal means or by another method

And if there is a significant difference on gender, where to find the difference for the particular iv?
Yes. Multiple comparison is used to find the particular group(s) which is significantly different from other group(s).
