Hey guys! This is actually our THIRD time uploading this video. It kept getting blocked so we had to make some changes. We want to apologize that the overlay is inverted and extremely quiet + no intro like normal. It was the only thing that fixed the issue we were having. Again we just want to apologize! Hopefully it is still an enjoyable video for you all! Love you🤍
this song is a hit material and should do good. the song releases from Kpop in this weekend time is very competitive as there are many big names included. nice reaction.
This song is the lead single from an EP with 88rising. It’s supposed to be an all-English EP, and at least for I Do, it doesn’t seem like the girls had a hand in production. We’ll see when the rest of it comes out, but they definitely did a wonderful job with the MV, and their vocals sound really sweet. Fun video!
Thanks for great react! Love this song, very 80s pop and family sci-fi series feel. So nostalgic! (G)I-DLE is hands down the most versatile Kpop group (and just pop group generally) today. Can't believe these are the same queens who wrote "Tomboy" and "My Bag".... amazing. 💘
She had to end herself in the end to save the guy. Cause they loved each other so much. He loved every version of her. he fell in love with her soul and not her physical appearance so when it was time she had to kll herself to save him🥹
I choose to believe that, like E.T., she managed to "phone home", and that the I-DLE logo she was standing on was her teleport signal location; that she didn't sacrifice herself, just went back to where she belongs, now with bittersweet memories of Earth. I don't know or care what she did with the soldiers. :P
this mv in my opinion, when you just met someone you dont know.. they are "Alien" to you, their emotional, behavior, knowlegde was new to you. some how you need to learn from them or teach to them to complete each other. and the bad guys appear just like a 3rd person in real life...they disturb, hunt, kill and want you to far appart from your love. the ending, the "Alien" have to sacrifice herself to letgo all the trouble because she dont want you to get hurt. what a beautiful mv.
MV analysis: The blue circle is like a phone on their own home. So when she accidentally landed on Earth, she was phoning her home but she now refuses to come along with the soldiers to go home and hides as she met the guy and fell in love with him. The "barcode" is actually the IDLE logo. I choose to believe that, like E.T., when she managed to "phone home", and that the IDLE logo she was standing on was her teleport signal location; that she didn't sacrifice herself, just went back to where she belongs, now with bittersweet memories of Earth.
Didn't like the sad ending? Well, if you start watching Korean action/fiction movies, you'll get used to it. With very few exceptions, they all have a sad ending, which leaves you upset!

A happy ending would contradict the lyrics of the song which is about heartbreak

A pre-release single, an EP, and a full album before 2023 is even done. And we already had I FEEL in May. 💅🙏💗🙌☝️
We are being fed🍽️
I NEVER REST
And their world tour is going on! That's absolutely crazy... I absolutely can't wait to see them in September ♥♥♥
I think the girls know how to keep things interesting. I think with them working with 88rising, it'll open new doors for them and their music. 💜

The symbol on the floor and on the tattoo is actually the (G)I-DLE logo. And there are no lyrics since the song is fully english
I thought so! I just didn’t want to say anything in case I was wrong🫢 Thank you for letting us know! -Kris
i clicked the caption button even i knew it was sung entirely in English. anyway it sounds just like a hit song.

SLAYYYYY ❤
She sacrificed herself for him to be safe. Excellent G-Idle video.
Can smell the '80s E.T. vibe out of this song. 😄

I'm pretty sure the song was all English.
English captions? The entire song is in English.
We didn’t realize the song was entirely english, we were more focused on the high production video honestly😅 Apologies!
@@LexandKris Hahaha... no problem, I just thought it was funny. 😁
