720 degree full flare(I.e the waist circumference multiplied by 2). Any skirt variation can go as well

Linen fabric. I used a small range Ankara fabric, so I am certain the color won't wash to smear the white linen. If there are chances that your Ankara fabric will fade color, kindly go for a white material that will not absorb external color(like satin or crepe). But do well to interface it so that it doesn't stretch while sewing.
