Thank you so much, I tried watching like 3 other videos before I found this one. And let me tell anyone reading comments, you literally don't even have to pause the video to do this install because it's the clearest and best instructions on this kit!
This is the best video where I could actually SEE what you were doing up close! Thank you for the help and showing how to install the SRT Kit for my Mk25!
Thanks for the video. It worked great! One tip I learned...to get the spring back in at the end, just use a small hard tube (I used the ink tube from a ball point pen) to put over the end of the spring prong and you can push it down and around the holder pin in about 5 seconds, one try.
Thanks a lot for making the video. I am about to buy the SRT kit for my p239 and wanted to know how to install it but all the videos are either so poorly lit that you can't see how the parts interact with each other, or they install it out of frame. So thanks for taking the time to make this video!
Best video instruction. Watch in full screen. Simple, can see where parts actually go. Watched two others, lost an hour, watched this one and had it right away. Shooting angle is ideal, easy to follow and to imitate on the bench. only adaption I had to make was in positioning the sear because the hole in the grip (P227) was not large enough for my finger. Thank you for a great job.
After watching 3 videos doing this with way more views I finally found yours. It is by far the best video out there you actually have light and show people how to pick up and install each piece. Nothing sucks more than people telling you how to install little greasy black parts without enough lighting to see what the hell they are doing. After jacking with this for a hour knowing it didnt feel rite I watched your vid the next day and had it done in a few min. Thank you good sir.
Just installed my gray guns srt and the slide won’t go back on… reinstalled the original reset kit and works perfectly. Going to contact grayguns next.
Now I have a clue. Quick question, so if I bought one without SRT kit, I could always install it myself? Doesn’t matter what model of sig sauer I bought?
I just bought a 226 about a month ago and I really want to install the SRT on it. Your video is well done and instructions are very si.lle and clear. I will most definitely use this when I install my new trigger kit. One question tho, why was the slide locking back when you were demonstrating the short reset? Is that normal? It happens to me when I test the reset
Thanks for the video. Just used it to install the srt kit into my X-five Allround. Fairly easy to do. Just don't attempt it while in a hurry or anything because it requires a bit of concentration. Good lighting also helps.
You have no idea how much I appreciate your precise video. Thank you very much. It is straight forward and to the point. I just ordered a SRT kit for my P229. Is it safe to say that the same steps can be followed for it as well?
Good video! Side note, do you find that if you do not keep your slide/rail lubed up pretty well the slide has a tendency to not want to stay back on the last bullet of a magazine? I have a mk25 p226 and am trying to figure out if this is normal for the gun or just mine.
No gun is stock, has been doing it since i bought it new. It's not a huge deal if i just clean and lube everything it works fine. Just annoying if it isn't lubed enough it gets picky. It cycles fine, doesn't jam or misfire at all.
Adjust your grip, you probably don't realize it but you are more than likely hitting the slide release with your thumb. That is is you haven't figured it out in the past 4 months
Although, you shot this video vertically, you more than made up for it by showing where each part actually goes. Best SRT kit video for parts placement. However, for spring replacement I would recommend using a thin needle nose plier or screw driver to move over under pin not your nail. Thanks for the vid..
RiceNinjaAsian LCI n mag disconnect are really for safety, doesn't bother me. the gun works fine with no problem. but more component means more room for malfunction. so far so good though!

Thank you for making a video that was easy to follow, well lit and well shot. It made swapping in the SRT kit on my P229R a walk in the park.
Thanks, you made this a 3 minute job.
Thank you so much for this great video!
It's amazing what proper lighting can do for a video. Great job! My parts are on the way and this'll be my go-to when I am ready to install.
Eric Joslin glad it was helpful. U will love the new kit!! Enjoy
nice work, single action oops was cool too
Great video! Thank you.
Well done instructional video. Lighting and camera angles are excellent. Easy to see what goes where. Good Job mate 👍
Just installed my gray guns srt and the slide won’t go back on… reinstalled the original reset kit and works perfectly. Going to contact grayguns next.
You helped me with my 220r SRT kit. Mission accomplished. Thanks
Now I have a clue.
Quick question, so if I bought one without SRT kit, I could always install it myself? Doesn’t matter what model of sig sauer I bought?
No BS, to the point, and well done. Thank you.

There was an empty magazine in the pistol... Take the mag out and the slide should stop locking back.
Thanks buddy! I wish I would have had longer nails at the time
Outstanding video. Excellent camera work.
Zenon Ayala glad you enjoyed it. Thanks for watching!
Thanks for the video. Just used it to install the srt kit into my X-five Allround.
Fairly easy to do. Just don't attempt it while in a hurry or anything because it requires a bit of concentration. Good lighting also helps.

I just did it on my P229, it's the same.
@@rickhunter8444 Thanks !!!
Great video!

TheJohnfellows I have no issue with the stock spring. Did you modify or switch out the stock spring?
No gun is stock, has been doing it since i bought it new. It's not a huge deal if i just clean and lube everything it works fine. Just annoying if it isn't lubed enough it gets picky. It cycles fine, doesn't jam or misfire at all.

Great demonstration! Installed this into a P226. Honestly the longest part was getting the e2 grips off without Sig's expensive plastic tool.

sjokolade7 yeah sorry about recording it vertically. If u view it in full screen, it's much better. Thanks for watching!
Very well done, and extremely helpfull.
What's your thoughts on the LCI and mag disconnect after using your mk25 for a while?
RiceNinjaAsian LCI n mag disconnect are really for safety, doesn't bother me. the gun works fine with no problem.
but more component means more room for malfunction. so far so good though!
