Amazing job joe I suffer from night terrors myself and it's horrible the things I've seen and been thru are so hard not to think Abt during the day and then I go to sleep just to relive them all over again and I'm an ex marine so I've seen a lot of nasty things in life like our species's is so distructive and disturbing but these nightly night terrors are the worst and this song explains exactly what it's like living with them and trying ur hardest to get thru them and keep fighting. Keep it up

I have them as well. Damn near all my life, I'm 50 yo. Do you know that once you realize you are in a night terror, paralyzed, can't scream for help... YOU can literally change that terror into ANYTHING you want. I pray you don't ever have another one but trust me, it works, I didn't believe it till I had one again and it's worked ever since. I can tell you that the terrors are so bad when I'm finally able to wake up out of one, I'm literally scream crying cause it was so horrible. The last one I had was back in 2020. (It only works IF YOU REALIZE it's a night terror.) Sometimes I have nightmares that aren't terror to paralysis that I can wake up for. Hugs to all that goes through this horrible experience! 💜
