Many of the trains serving national routes used to pass-by Penrith railway station, but it seems like in recent decades that it's getting quite a few of the TPE and Virgin/Avanti WC trains stopping there. I am glad for the people of Cumbria and Penrith that it's helping the economy of the local area. Not in a massive way, but every little bit helps especially in the current economic climate.
The Scania N230 is literally top 3 best buses ever made BUT I'm still torn between this and the B9TL for my current fave to drive the Volvos sound so much better but the Scanias never ever let you down I have had engineers tell me they didn't have to do any work on these even after 9/10 years whereas the Volvo loves to give you ECU faults codes even if nothing is wrong As for this livery the -person- well people at Stagecoach who allowed this to be put in to operation should be fired and never allowed to work again The GOLD livery was literally one of the best ever they should have made that the standard livery Stupid unorganized stagecoach worst company for disorganised people I have ever known In contrast First is like the marks and Spencers of the bus industry very prim and proper and lots of procedures and very strict company but they are super safety orientated unlike stagecoach who are basically dumb 😂😂😂😂
For example this driver is driving on a wet day with zero lights on First bus have a company policy to always drive with dipped headlights on as standard
