Here to say the same as a few others that the focus problem on my 13 pro turned out to be the camera protector. Was fine for ages and then one day just started glitching. Assuming it was something in an update. I don’t use one now.
Your cameras quality is definitely being compromised because of that lense protector. I bet if you took it off you’ll see a difference in camera quality
Sofia have you ever thought that maybe it doesn't focus because of the camera's protection? Just to test it out
You might be right that’s why o use the individual camera lenses protectors not the full one on my 15 pro and previously on my 14 pro
