Pro tip from someone who has bioluminescent, you can remove the inhibitors from the spores and the zombies will still spawn. This makes it so the eggs aren’t breakable and less likely randoms will come and break them.
For normal kills or with ammo mods, tacticals, tac stance and critical kills: They can be easily done during the spores contract. Place 1 equipment on all 6 spores and keep killing zombies as the equipment will eventually despawn but zombies will keep spawning. For tier 2 or higher kills: Do tier 2 spores conracts, outlast conracts (don't finish them until see the camo pop up) or farm the exfil in tier 2. For elite kills: *Mimic kills* - Visit infested strongholds across the map. *Mangler kills* - Before season 1 they could be done by escort contracts. But now after season 1 there spawn multiple in 1 exfil in the tier 1 zone (which has now a 30 sec cooldown again instead of 2 minutes previous) *Disciple kills* - You can get 1 easy disciple kill at the top right hut on the map next to the water. Just go to the television inside the hut and hit your interact button to do a transmission. *(It only spawns once per match).* And for the other 9, go over to the tier 2 zone and find an outlast contract. When the bar fills up zombies, dogs and disciples will spawn. Just go out the building when you see the disciple and wait for the disciple to come to you outside. Simply kill the disciples and wait for the bar to go back to 0. As the outlast contract got kinda nerfed, but is still duable. So when its back at 0 go back inside and wait for another disciple to spawn. But make sure to watch the %, because it will load up faster the second time you go back to the same % you did the previous time.
exfils are back (i would say it is better then before the nerf). if you try them at the beginning of the game it’s mediocre but once the 10-minute “get outta there” voice line plays, manglers and zombies spawn like crazy. give it a try!
If you get the spore contract by the farm to the west, there is a small grandstand you can climb up to with a single staircase that you can park at the top of and mow down the zombies as they climb up the stairs.
At the track on the east side of the mountain there is an egg spawn with a lookout tower near the center. Zombies path up the stairs. And can't get at you from behind. It's a great grind spot.
You can use this strat, and when you extract if you use the Act 1 Extraction mission you can add a ton more kills for leveling up. Run through the entire objective until the heli pad. Turret mods are your best friend if you find them. Instead of getting on the helicopter, sit in the corner of the heli pad on the end of the net, so that the helicopter is on your right. No zombies will throw anything at you, and they will continue to come at the same rate for the rest of the time.
Nobody really seems to be talking about this aside from like 2 reddit posts, but my mwii base camo challenges are bugged to where unless i made progress before the season 1 update on the base challenge, i don't get any progress on them, is anyone else experiencing this?
Month late and you probably already know by now but they finally fixed that stupid glitch. I wasn’t able to progress any of those MW2 guns either lol prior to the update. Thank god they fixed it. Still seems like my M14’s reloading challenge is still bugged though.🙃
My go to method is using the outlast contracts. Specifically the tier 2 one at D4 in the big warehouse. Giant bay door that they just funnel out from in a pretty straight line, on the side that’s closest to the bridge. Along with the occasional diciple or mangler dropping down from the roof like the Kool Aid man lol. Occasional just a few normal zombies taking stupid path finding will flank your left side and same with the dogs trying to flank you. Only had one game where some stupid asses wouldn’t beat it and stood around like vultures stealing kills. Second favorite location, though a lot harder was the one in tier 3 inside the big building. If you have teammates at the lower front entrance while you sit at the second floor entrance (closer to the docks) it’ll kinda split the funnel of them with some going down stairs (will also preventing them from flanking you using exterior staircase as they’re aggroing to the downstairs person. While the rest come at you through the narrow door. Zircon is taking forever for me, and just thinking I have all those MW2 weapons to go through too lol. Pretty excessive kill count requirements imo. Mainly the extra 300 packed kills to actually unlock the zircon after getting gold. And THEN having to get 600 kills while using the camo. Assuming you already have the base camos unlocked this requires you basically waste a match getting it unlocked. Don’t even get me started on if you don’t have a tombstone stash. You pretty much have to have it for the wrenches, money, and crystals. Wish the game would have actually told you about the fking punch the pack machine “feature” to keep the camo. Went through both gold, and zircon for the 680 (wasn’t that bad with it though prior to explosive slug round nerf) and the damn riveter (so painful lol). Based off my tracker I’m like 43% to borealis. This is the shit that causes burn out lol. I just wish we had bigger bags so we could store an extra gun, mule kick, or even a loadout editor buy station somewhere on the map. Could balance it by only having one in the red zone even.
It should probably be noted that as of Season 1, if you try to level up MW2 camos that you’ve unlocked, the game doesn’t track any kills associated with the camos. However, if you leveled up any MW2 guns before the update, it’ll able to track those camos. So just be wary cause I’m experiencing this bug and nobody’s talking about it. Edit: Been informed that some people haven’t experienced this bug, but regardless, I know it’s happening to me and some people I know and this whole bug is basically preventing me from grinding Bioluminescent.
You are not alone, I have a similar issue. I have multiple guns that are lvling but the camo challenges are not progressing. No matter how many hipfire kills in full attachments with brain rot ammo in the Kastov 545 i do. Just sticks to 0/250...

Just double exp rush misssions and then the spore contract with out team is much easier than with team and also extract is rly ez to level Them just 2 Extracts and weapon maxed had no troubles doin that when you finish contracts gets u 500xp is really Ez nur it will take a bit of time but is Not Hard
When u do the contract, put the inhibitors down, wait for it to break the shield, then pick up the inhibitors, that way people can’t destroy them and they still spawn
Buddy and I were working on the Act 3 contracts today and we had to get the Aether storm kills and I kid you not, we had about 10 Full powers spawn in one game
I don't own MW3, but if there's ever a free zombies trial week/weekend, you get I'm getting the mastery camo in that week/weekend, specially thanks to this guide
The exfil change saved my grind to both borealis and bioluminescent by two days at least. It was taking me 45-50 minutes to finish a gun and find 20 bosses. I was getting two guns done in 20 minutes after the update.
Outlast Contracts been spawning (give or take) 9 zombies at a time. And they spawn in the same place back to back little to no time in between. Been hammering them and kind of easy to keep track of count. Plus you can stand in the same spot and just FARM.
I thought they changed the contracts like outlast and raid weapon stash so they wouldn't continuously spawn zombies as long as you didn't complete them but I'm still using those to grind camos
The Outlast contracts continously spawn zombies if you back away from the PND. In zone two where the PAP machine is in the theatre, I managed to farm disciple kills for the Renetti and KVD Enforcer
That was patched in Season 1 "Enemies no longer spawn if players are not progressing the contract." That's what the patch notes say at least. In my experience it also doesn't spawn if you back out
@@zergingIt does say that but I tried it yesterday and got the outlast to around 90-95% then left it and they still infinitely spawned even when it went back to 0%
I've not even been able to do anything with camos over the past few days, even the 250 kills after level 2 won't progress. I didn't play zombies just for the camos but I really don't want to have to level up the weapons to then have to reuse them to unlock the camos when they bother to look into the bug that stops any camo progress working
I got 2600 kills when I got a perfect Outlast contract just after the most recent patch. Every game has felt boring since then. I got zircon scale for 8 guns in that game (had a PaP and mystery box right next to the outlast).

I've crashed once since the update. Still a slight risk but seems alot smoother tbh... I'm on Xbox series x.... Had a dodgy exfill lastnight, the chopper kept going out the map after exfill screen should have popped up but I jumped out the chopper parachuted back down a re tried it to sucssess. If u get in game and it's laggy exfill right away
they essentially reverted the exfil nerf and the outlast nerf. i still get tons of infinite spawns on both. best outlasts are the church and car dealership ones

I've been done interstellar and Borealis for like 2 weeks now I'm doing mw2 guns I'm 75% done and I'm nor going as fast cuaee I wanted mw3 guns done more but I miss old exfill but if you go to tier 2 outlast they spawn like crazy I just pack 3 or 2 and get camos done there lmao

is anyone having this weird issue where certain camo challenges aren't counting? Cause i was doing the battle rifles for mw2 and the camos were counting, but after the update they stopped progressing.
Pretty sure if you just level up a gun after season 1, any camo you unlocked the challenge for won't progress. It lets me do camo challenges on guns I already have leveled up though.
The grind for the different types of kills isn't that bad anymore. What I find grindy in Zombies is leveling up the gun so that the kills actually count. How are all your weapons at max level so you get credit for your kills?
Its easier because the patch , ever since the patch ive just been using teir 2 exfils to get my serpentine camos super quick , i get two guns done in 10 minutes now , before i was using the outlast 54% glitch to spawn the 20 special zombies and so is have to compete for the contract or wait for it and some games no teir 2 outlast would spawn at all
I JUST finished all the zircon scale challenges before S1 dropped and the exfil update with the Manglers made doing the serpentine camos SO easy. I got them all done in 2 days.
Well hi, idk of yallx will read, im kinda new and noob to the zombie grind, i mean i played CWs and Vgs zombie but never went for camos, i did interstellar but i feel like its just not for me, i always play alone and i feel its impossible to do Borealis, i wached tons of guides including yours but still when i start a mach im so lost in that world, even with peka punch 1 i barelly survived in medium zone, almost every contract gets me killed and its hard to aquire perks and points, to understand better I needed 2 maches I swear to do a single Golden Enigma! I rly don’t know what to do + story missions feel long and hard too and too aquire schematics! I hope in the future will let us keep to stash the points and peka punch to make life easyer for noobs like me, idk how I’m this bad after doing even Damascus, and for those who got it too u know how cancer and skilled u must be to get it, have a nice day :))
I'm trying to do Chimera zombie camo but it doesn't track zombie crit kills, any ideas, tried dropping weapon, no camo, no upgrades or PAP. Also how do you get toxic damage please?
It may have been just a fluke as I've only been to one final exfil since the update, but that one final exfil I did in tier 1 spawned disciples as well.

Yea they def changed it. I've noticed all the zombies will stop spawning. Honestly Do Outlast Contracts keep it around 80% and you'll get alot of zombs. Plus easier grouping then exfills for the (kill 10 in 5 secs 10 times) kind of camo chall
I can't even play because everytime I get a two plate or bigger backpack I crash, so I gave up oh and before some of the geeks say "it's your driver's you gotta update your driver's" it's not the same drivers there all up to date and yes I fkn checked it it's the god dam game in general
Anyone else have a few weapons not tracking challenges? For me it's a couple LMG's and the Lockwood 300 shotgun. I've got them max level and tried all the tricks like no blueprint/drop weapon etc.
So when I’m trying to get the camos, it doesn’t pop up on my screen that it completed. Is it a setting I need to change like tooltips? Idk but it sucks not knowing and it makes my grind longer because I’m eyeballing it
MW2 weapon are bugged for me to get zombies camos with and without blueprints equipped the only ones that are working are the ones that are max level,the rest that are not max level are the ones one working
Is there a way to see in game how many kills you get? Sometimes it doesn’t pop up with what you finish in game and you have to pray you got it done during the match
So safe to say the nerfs did nothing to slow down camo grinding in Zombies

ammo mods spawn in the same exact places every match, so if you know where a bunch are, just go there and get em
For those annoying disciple kills, just spawn with dead wire ammo mod, they get melted (fire for manglers btw)
I like how I finished all my MWIII camo’s now, and I just found out I can do the MWII guns and get 4 other nice mastery camo’s.

Yeah. I was using the Pickaxe, and progress hasn’t moved from 0 of 250 kills. They also changed the camo challenge unlock from level 11 to 14

Same here kastov 545 maxed out with 0 kills, lachman and tempest wont track tac kills. I never played mw2 so I got these guns by exfill.

My biggest problem is leveling up the weapons, especially the SNIPERs, people keep passing around and destroy the spores without a foot or a head
easy solution, solo Que into plunder, go off into a random area of the map and start running contracts scavs are hella easy

You can check it by going into gunsmith for your insured weapon slot.
i love grinding camos aswell, but on me MW2 weapons dont count or not even progressing :/ only the mw3 weapons work fine :c

For disciples theirs an outlast on the cargo place that's great for them.

Dogs can still spawn on the map like normal, but the spore contract doesn't force any new spawns. Other contracts force spawns.

is anyone having this weird issue where certain camo challenges aren't counting? Cause i was doing the battle rifles for mw2 and the camos were counting, but after the update they stopped progressing.
Yep this happened to me too
Pretty sure if you just level up a gun after season 1, any camo you unlocked the challenge for won't progress. It lets me do camo challenges on guns I already have leveled up though.
I completed one gun in 20 mins with outlast contract it’s the best one tbh
Hope they show love to ALL the guns in MW3 with the store bundles. Tired of getting 15 M4’s blueprint’s and zero blueprints with other guns.
The grind for the different types of kills isn't that bad anymore. What I find grindy in Zombies is leveling up the gun so that the kills actually count. How are all your weapons at max level so you get credit for your kills?

Its easier because the patch , ever since the patch ive just been using teir 2 exfils to get my serpentine camos super quick , i get two guns done in 10 minutes now , before i was using the outlast 54% glitch to spawn the 20 special zombies and so is have to compete for the contract or wait for it and some games no teir 2 outlast would spawn at all
I long to see a lego vid on how to best grind the jokr camos best I can think of is to have a buddy draw aggro and bombard them from a distance
I JUST finished all the zircon scale challenges before S1 dropped and the exfil update with the Manglers made doing the serpentine camos SO easy. I got them all done in 2 days.
Do you need to go to a Pack-a-Punch Machine or can you use a pack-a-punch schematic?😊

Well hi, idk of yallx will read, im kinda new and noob to the zombie grind, i mean i played CWs and Vgs zombie but never went for camos, i did interstellar but i feel like its just not for me, i always play alone and i feel its impossible to do Borealis, i wached tons of guides including yours but still when i start a mach im so lost in that world, even with peka punch 1 i barelly survived in medium zone, almost every contract gets me killed and its hard to aquire perks and points, to understand better I needed 2 maches I swear to do a single Golden Enigma! I rly don’t know what to do + story missions feel long and hard too and too aquire schematics! I hope in the future will let us keep to stash the points and peka punch to make life easyer for noobs like me, idk how I’m this bad after doing even Damascus, and for those who got it too u know how cancer and skilled u must be to get it, have a nice day :))

I'm trying to do Chimera zombie camo but it doesn't track zombie crit kills, any ideas, tried dropping weapon, no camo, no upgrades or PAP. Also how do you get toxic damage please?
It may have been just a fluke as I've only been to one final exfil since the update, but that one final exfil I did in tier 1 spawned disciples as well.
exfil farming is back and even better now that special zombies spawn in now

Yea they def changed it. I've noticed all the zombies will stop spawning. Honestly Do Outlast Contracts keep it around 80% and you'll get alot of zombs. Plus easier grouping then exfills for the (kill 10 in 5 secs 10 times) kind of camo chall

I did it “the hard way” and just got gold for every weapon and now I’m doing zircon and then serpentinite and then borealis
Last exfil has mangs and disciples everytime i go final exfil as everyone is grinding at exfils and you get like 20+ elites and in huge numbers
I can't even play because everytime I get a two plate or bigger backpack I crash, so I gave up oh and before some of the geeks say "it's your driver's you gotta update your driver's" it's not the same drivers there all up to date and yes I fkn checked it it's the god dam game in general

After seen all the video; honestly I think the best way to farm this is the helicopter for extract.
They needed stamin up I don't like the bar underneath for stamina. They should put it back the way it was smh
Anyone else have a few weapons not tracking challenges? For me it's a couple LMG's and the Lockwood 300 shotgun. I've got them max level and tried all the tricks like no blueprint/drop weapon etc.
Almost all the MW2 weapons broke with the season one update.

So when I’m trying to get the camos, it doesn’t pop up on my screen that it completed. Is it a setting I need to change like tooltips? Idk but it sucks not knowing and it makes my grind longer because I’m eyeballing it

MW2 weapon are bugged for me to get zombies camos with and without blueprints equipped the only ones that are working are the ones that are max level,the rest that are not max level are the ones one working
In a world where you didnt have to use a weapon for 3-5 games before you could do all the challenges in 1 game this would be cool.

Is there a way to see in game how many kills you get? Sometimes it doesn’t pop up with what you finish in game and you have to pray you got it done during the match
I'm probably the last to realize this but you only need a total of 100 kills and exfil, not 100 kills with each gun to get gold on a gun.
Idk the outlast infinite zombie spawn still works for me lol. They say it’s been patched but still is the same for me
am i the only one experiencing the inhibitors just despawning on the spore contracts? Its frustrating.
