tbh no one was the villain, constants was just protecting her house and basically protecting children from entering it, but her anger was so powerful she couldn't control it but when mr nebbercracker talked to her, she always calmed down and sometimes regrets her actions, it's sad but shows that sometimes anger can lead to wrong doings
The part where Nebbercracker embraces Constance's spirit and she floats away is just heartbreaking. i mean it may have been hard for Nebbercracker to let her go but at least Constance was finally free and was able to move on to where she was supposed to go and Nebbercracker could finally live the rest of his days in peace knowing that constance is no longer suffering. Sounds corny i know but it's true.
Honestly I’m impressed how Chowder was fighting against Constance, being brave (a little) for once, and I like how he was taunting Constance while DJ and Jenny try to get the dynamite ready, at least he’s a kind of hero that insults villains back, it’s a shame he lost his cape but it practically saved his life XD
This movie is proof that kids can definitely handle darker themes in their media. I think they need a little fear and death in what they watch, it's important to their development.

He could have been able to remove her body to properly burry her, and the shrine around her cement covered body is another indication. Not to mention the house kind of looks kind of like a face. I think she was just bullied/humiliated so much in her life that even in death she couldn’t help feel that everyone around her was gonna hurt/make fun of her and her husband and the house and she defended herself and her husband and the house in the only way she knew how by possessing the house and defending her husband by anyone that she thought was gonna hurt the house or him. Her anger rage jealousy etc. got the better of her and that’s why she did all those bad things to people and she couldn’t stop herself from doing it even though she knew it was wrong, that’s why she was so sad in this scene while talking to her husband from that sad cry she made towards her husband and that expression of sadness she showed when talking to her husband about how she hurt people. After the house was destroyed her tortured spirit could finally be free and be at peace for all eternity.
