QoLA Care Program: Meric's Story

The Quality of Life and Advanced Care Program cares for children who require palliative care, and their families, addressing their needs in both the hospital and at home through community-focused health care roles. They work in partnership with community organizations, schools, family members and friends to ensure that children receive the best care possible, where they are most comfortable.
