I was a bit irked about the needling she got about it being only one product, or three products, maybe a fourth. The jams segment alone represents a vast and important area of change that's needed on the shelf. The glut of excessive sugar that we consume daily is maddening in a world where we continue to increase diabetes and so many other health risks owing to sugar and overly processed foods. By the way, I've tried to help my neighbor find an alternative to sugar/starch additives for her coffee and it's astonishing that there is practically no mainstream alternative.
In many cases (though coffee and tea are not among of them) the solution is to include fat/fiber so the sugar or starch dont get absorbed too quickly. Sugar in itself, in reasonable amounts, isnt terrible.
This was so wholesome, she basically got them to break their poker face with her smile 😊 all the dragons loved her lol Peter was grinning and eating jam using his finger like a little kid. 'You were weeping with joy before you even heard the offer' lol 😂🤣 Glad Peter's back tho 👍
Aw Rachel congratulations , I know she’ll grow her business with the help of right people. I know she’ll do best for sure and she’s very lovely person. Xx
OMFG this is sooooo much better without all the silly inane puns and uselessly repetitive narration. Edit out all the fluff and let's all just get down to the BUSINESS! Thanks for finally getting it BBC.
"Solihands felt that Dragon's Den had got itself in a bit of a jam by using too many unnecessary puns. But, thankfully, with a bit of careful editing he now feels they've found the recipe for sweet success and what could have been a sticky situation has been avoided.."

Rest seems to be all bull...talk. Seriously very happy for such a sweet entrepreneur.
@8:54, listen to Meaden trying to sour the deal, she is literally trying to answer for the entrepreneur while she is choking back tears, id have been livid if Taige pulled that offer back. Meaden cant stand to see success from another woman, which i find disgusting!
The deal did not go through. She had a better offer from another party. It seems after the airing of this program - sales went up 750% so it was great publicity. Frankly at 40% sugar it is still not good nutrition for children or anyone else.

@Nora Witley well most dietitians have not got a clue. My daughters dont have any added sugar or sweeteners. Alittle bit of seasonal fruit and raw honey. Mostly raw milk and eggs. Never been ill which kind of makes me a genius as I solved the children's health pandemic in 2 years of trails. Unfortunately no one will listen to me so millions of children will get ill and take medication every year.

@@MikeRees yeah to monopolies the dairy trade. Raw milk drunk by billions of people for thousands of years. Breast milk is raw milk. Now go believe in your covid virus.
@@MikeRees also they were forced to pasteurised the milk because the government allowed dairy farms to treat their animals poorly so obviously they had sick animals thus sick milk. So really by buying pasteurised milk you are supporting animals cruelty. And they say you can tell a man how he treats animals and you just flopped badly. Why do you think I should boil my own milk when I know its not bad? Killing alot of the nutrients and healthy bacteria? I doubt you answer smart ass as you just got owned
Yea, heating and cooling is such a complicated process that it naturally led to monopolies. I definitely couldn't go to any farm shop and pick up locally sourced and sold milk. As for an answer to your "ownage" if your goat and sheep milk is safe, presumably you have periodically tested your "very healthy and great tasting" milk and could provide reports of the microbial contents of the milk as evidence. Also provide citation that the only reason to pasteurise milk is due to animal cruelty. At the moment you've not owned me, you've just worn out your fingers a little.

Back in series 5, she invested in a make your own doll business which sadly went downhill.
