    The issue with the plots is that these are not sinusoids, but just single periods of sines, and so there would be infinitely many frequencies associtated with each these two windowed sines. When just plotting two infiinite sinusoidals of different phase, you cannot see which is leading or lagging, you can only see the phase difference between them. Also, the terms leading and lagging will give people a sense of phase being the same as a delay, whereas in reality, the associated phase delay does not necessarily come from an actual 'latency' or 'dead time'.

    There are some pretty simple op amp circuits that can introduce a phase shift (for example, search for Stanley_OP_Amps_with_Linear_Integrated_CKTS_pp271_276.pdf)
    But, if you are trying to create a 3-phase inverter, using op amps is not a good choice - it would be too inefficient and the op amps may not be able to handle the power. 3-phase inverters are usually made by appropriately controlling the switching sequence of a 9 (or more) switch configuration.

    a question please if i have the output of my coil the volts and the current are 180 degree out of phase if i want to max the power then i need to make the volts and current in phase right ? another question please , can i make the volts and current out of phase only by 90 degree this way it the generator will have delayed lenz and no drag on the prime mover ?

    In electronic circuit, like in Class-A amplifier which output is inverted phase of the input. How to make electronic circuit so the output in phase with the input? In this case, output is from the collector.

    hello sir I hope for some help the circuet in question is the mc 3334 ic chip for hei ignition system Im confused like hell. I desperatli need means for retarding ignition system so I have no choise to make my own circuet ignitor or some how modifi the pick up coil or ignition coil . So I did try out in the past useing 2 ignition modules on 1 pick up coil bouth work perfectli fine so I was wondering culd I use dual ignition modules to retard ignition timing I only dont understand what resistor or capacitor value what to use exactli or calculate it? I also figured out perhaps I culd use some sort of pulse generator on the negative pick up coil lead beacause I noticed to activate the module it only requares the positive trigger pulse from the pick up coil. So I hoppe you understand my problem. I didnotice my cheap module does not have zener diode in its circuet so I also experiance back charge and the module miss behaves randomli via ground because there is no reverse voltage protection circuet for that mc 3334 ic chip . So I requare around +/- 20° phase shifting ac or dc pulse for that module circuet so I can easyr start engine in cold weather .So I hoppe you can sugest some thing or some equal circuet that is more variabel and that can replace my current circuet for triggering the ignition coil I use the E core ignition coil. So any help wuld by great so that I can understand that staff . I also was curiuse if its posibel to use multi tap mini transformer on the pick up coil or not to achive that phase shifting event?

    What is the reason for all these phase shift?

      These phase shifts are caused by the presence of inductance/inductors and capacitance/capacitors in the circuits. Inductors cause voltage to lead current and capacitors cause voltage to lag current
