Mine personal hair growth journey of success, I myself adhered to this routine:
Take morning sunshine daily for essential vitamin D. Eat vegetables of various colours. Applying paraben and fragrance free shampoo and massaging twice a week with hair oil from litttleextra's cooconion. Important to keep in mind that hair growth is affected by overall health as well as circulation and nutrition.

@@khushirani4098 nope. It isn't too much. Conditioner has to be applied on all hair strands evenly, coating each strand. That's the correct way. I have long hair too, and use a good quantity if conditioner. That's how it's supposed to be used. A little quantity won't even spread evenly on all strands.
@@Ww28sbvf Too much conditioner will only be deposited on the hair strands causing dryness in long term use. No offence but her hairs aren't that long i have hairs more than mid thigh
@@khushirani4098 too much conditioner and appropriate quantity of conditioner are both different. Conditioner needs to be applied evenly on hair strands therefore a generous quantity needs to be taken.

If you use the same shampoo, you should use the same conditioner,otherwise the conditioner is not work???
Not really. Shampoo is for your scalp and conditioner is for your ends. So use accordingly, sometimes people tend to have dry scalp with dry ends and some tend to have oily scalp with dry ends. So in accordance you should use to fulfil your hair needs.

THIS IS TOTALLY WRONG!!!!!!! this might be accurate for some ppl but not for all. I tried it the other day and it made my hair bad. It made it all fluffy and frizzy, but when i put the conditiona all over my hair, it makes it all nice and smooth
