Government is a business you can use government funds to build houses and shops to resale and make money back to government also the citizen can make their own money too If the house can cost 30 million each government can build it sell it at 32 million each for instance make income of 2 million for the state And if individual needed to build it must be lesser expensive from government than individual Those estate left by former governor in Ebonyi state umahi should be completed so that cost of living will be low in the state to attract more people coming to live there Rather making the state look like ghost town mostly when school closes.....
