Heeey mate, a quickly question. I'm used to play with piercer and shotguns, but I wanna try something different but still great in a short range, I saw your video playing 2 whirl and I thought awesome. What weapons do you recommend?
Whirls are a lot of fun to play but they have their weaknesses. They're not good for taking out weapons so you need to outmaneuver shotguns or you will have a hard time defeating them. My recommendations for Whirls: Either be fast or very tanky. They're probably best on Omnis or Bigrams. Choose your cabin wisely. Torero works if you want to be quick, Howl is always a solid choice, Catalina too. Ermak for extra tankiness. (Is that a word? Well it should be! ^^). Fire in short bursts, 3-4 shots at a time at max. This really helps to reduce spread. One radiator and one coler each should be enough. Stuff like Averter, Omamori or an Aegis really helps for tanky builds, Oppressor is a must have for fast builds on wheels. The Whirl doesn't to explosive damage like most other autocannons, but the high bullet damage is great for hitting the cabin directly. Just don't expect accuracy ^^ For co-drivers I would choose Falcon, Phobos or Grizzly, depending on your playstyle. I hope this helps ^^
