I kept it for about a year, then gave it away. I liked it. I stopped using it as my foot issues went away. Did this help? Maybe a little? Especially after PT sessions or long walks.

I agree. I can't forget that one! Fyi...update. I went to the foot Dr. and I don't have Plantar Fasciitis. I have a residual effect when I strained both my achilles a few months back. In PT now and slowly recovering.
I had one of those,but a different name brand,it caused me foot pain that lasted quite awhile, everyone else that tried it also said it was too painful to use, I threw it away,I do have arthritis in my feet,so that might have been why.

I hear so many people say they threw it away. Are you guys all rich? I would never throw it away, try to sell it or donate it at least. But don't throw it away in the trash. Must be nice to have so much money!

I've learned that your sitting angle plays a big role. I wish i could position the kneaders a bit to target the exact spot on my feet. Not a bad purchase though@@FitnessFinance4u

I’ve been pondering buying this. Was wondering if it really massages the ankles also, as stated, or are they too far above to feel any of it
Trig...I didn't notice any "ankle massaging" as the massaging elements are in position for the bottom and sides of the feet.

Things that are easy to use, not complicated, generally turn out to get used more often than devices that require preparation or instruction.
