What you need to do is make the runners lvl200 or so and Race (as they are 'lighter') while cops are runners around 300 and heavy or light (if you want) so the cops can "easily" take the runners out quicker or better

The cops should have LVL 16 and the robbers have LVL 11.also I think only the cops should have the runner cars and the robbers should be in race just saying otherwise the vid was👌🏽

What you might want to try is cops in runner cars and the other team in street cars.

Here`s a suggestion to make the game more interesting/orderly:
-Cops use runner cars while robbers use race cars.
-In the tune-up shop, use the new upgrade packs to upgrade all of the cop cars to level 16 and the robbers to level 11. That way everyone is on the same level, and the cops are able to catch up when they need to.
