Thing about pork na, unlike northeast.
In other parts, there are lots of muslim lives so they don't eat pork.
Back then majority of meat cut business are done by Muslims.
Nowadays hindu also does it.
But the thing is pigs here not same pork as domesticated.
But majority of hindu dont have problem with prok.
Few vegetarian people has problem with any meat so yeah.
So pork never gets popular in other parts.
Would love to try pork biryani.
I mean people of North eat should make pork biryani and make their own and sell it.
It will be very popular dish.
Pork biryani could be a good idea
