Davide, yesterday I did my very first bass lesson, and it’s all thanks to you and your channel. I follow you since 2018 and I don’t regret any video I’ve seen. Thanks to those videos I started being interested in bass and funk music, and now, after all this time, I finally decided to buy a bass and start practising. Thank you, with all my heart, thank you.
Hey Davie, I know you probably won't see this, but you were one of my biggest inspirations to learn bass, I've been playing it for 4 months now and I *love* it, I'm usually pretty unmotivated to do things but Bass is the first thing that I've actually been passionate about doing in a really, *really* long time. I even joined Jazz band at school to learn and I've made some new friends. Basically, what I'm trying to say here is thanks for introducing me to Bass, it's pretty much changed my life. :)

One thing I like about this guy is that he will always draw your attention to other bass players with little subscribers, he will show your how good they are as well. This is an encouragement...keep up the good work bro.
It's amazing how many of them have developed distinct styles and fills of their own. My favorite part though was how the little girl bassist smiled when she gave you a good well-deserved slap after your "battle" 🥳

Amazing talent that leaves one stupefied. I began playing at an early age but was no where near the immersion factor these young musicians are. It is a true joy to see the enthusiasm they display when performing as it brings old memories to light, and gives birth to the emotional tide that pulls us back in time to when we felt that rush of excitement when our captive audience for a brief moment, regarded us as spectacular while they cried out, whistled, cheered and clapped to hear more.

Love this! Thanks for supporting the next gen by showcasing their amazing talents on your channel. You're the best!
1:20 it's really hilarious to see this kid playing a bass that is even more bigger than him.
God blessed those kids with talent and confidence. It looks cute because they look happy in their music.
Yea god blessed these children with all his mercyfull grace..
NO need for them to work, because they god the blessing of god.
They don't diserve credit, this is practically gods work .................
@@dropkickandy Are you suggesting that they aren't passionate about what they do and they haven't spent many hours practicing? I don't care how talented someone is, there's no way to reach that level of proficiency without putting in the hours. Child or not, skill should be respected.
@@Harkz0r Sarcasm my dude, thats exactly my point, thought i overdid it enough for anyone to tell xD
We're on the same page :)
@@dropkickandy Sorry, I don't often get whooshed by obvious sarcasm online, but it looks like I walked right into it this time!
I guess I've just read so much crap on the net that sometimes it's hard to tell lol.
@@Harkz0r heheh i fully understand :D
the web is mostly crab :DD
Keep slapping Bass young man, I love your channel it's fun and uplifting instead of being critical of others. Great encouragement!!
Davie : You will always be young if there is someone older than you!
Ashley Young : I will always be Young even if I'm the oldest in the world!
Davie: Casually calls Victor Wooten a unknown bassist...
and a beginner. EPIC
I love that the kid is wearing a cape!
The other UNKNOWN beginner bassist with that young bassist slapping wearing the cape MUST be stopped!! 😂🤘🏻🤘🏻Great video!!
He called Victor Wooten "older unknown beginner bassist" LOL HAHAHA
When Davie said “anyway” that was the fastest I’ve heard him talk.
Dude, gotta say how much I love how you promote others. Thanks
Davie giving the🤨 at 7:31 is kinda scary
I laughed so hard when Davie made fun calling the great Victor Wooten beginner bassist. Heheheh
IKR? Haha! Victor is a personal friend :)
Thank you for supporting young people learning new things. For this, you have my utmost respect.
apparently not all kids are on the brainwashing stream and are actually doing scales to get these amazing chops, well done young funksters, your minds will be brighter, and your hearts will be free by doing these real things.... Excellent work old chum.
I really liked the "Other, unknown, beginner bassist.". You never know, Davie, He could actually be a "good" bassist one day.
I love that Ellen came out the gate with a beefy deep bass groove on that small bass
Gev was making that thang sing... his articulation was next level... sick pitch bending and sliding
Lil Asmar came out with the vintage 70s style slapping... *nods... I approve
"I slapped the doctor and say where is the bass"😝😝😝
